My husband and I was looking for a second car and I shopped online and came across a 2005 Toyota Camry at Baierl. I called Baierl and the receptionist put me in contact with Patrick Evans. Patrick was very helpful over the phone and professional. My husband and I decided to see the car that evening and headed to Mars, PA. Patrick was great to deal with not only was he professional but was down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. We put a down payment on the car but I felt I could get a better interest rate and Patrick said he would hold the contract he was that sure and I went to my Credit Union and did find a better rate. Patrick and Angie couldn't match the interest rate but they went above and beyond to make sure that even though the interest rate was a bit higher they gave us perks elsewhere to more than make up for it. I would not only recommend Baierl but I would tell them to make sure they see Patrick. More
