My husband and I arrived at Baierl around 6:30 pm on Tuesday night- which was one of the coldest nights of the year! We test drove the vehicle, and Jordan explained all of the features. He was very knowledgeable. He took us on some back roads so we could get a feel for the car. I knew this was the car I wanted, as I had driven it the night before at another dealership. When we got back, we asked Jordan to give us an estimate on my trade. He came back with the value of my trade within 10 minutes. We thought it was a fair price. He gave us a few minutes alone to discuss and we told him that we were interested in purchasing. We were suprised to learn that we could walk out with the car the same night! Jordan worked quickly to get the paperwork completed, we got approved for the financing, and the car was ready for us! The whole experience was so great! All of the staff worked together and seemed to really enjoy their jobs! We never felt pressured or rushed. Best car-buying experience ever! Justin Bailey helped us every step of the way with a no pressure approach that we very much appreciated. He answered all of our questions, which were many, and he was exceedingly patient. When we talked him through our plan, he mentioned that the deals on 2013 cars were currently very good, and he helped us look at each and every option and package. We got an incredible deal on a new 2013 Prius V three, which was the mid-range package option. He never tried to oversell us, so we ended up walking away today with a brand new car. We have bought a number of cars, both new and used, and Justin is by far the very best sales person we've ever worked with. He loves the Toyota brand and is a walking representation of why you should buy a Toyota. That's the best kind of "sales" possible because you are working with a person with integrity who endorses the product. He was not simply trying to make money. I sent en email inquiring about a used vehicle on a Sunday morning and got a reply the same day. It was a canned reply either, but personal and addressing me about the vehicle in which I was intereste Sunday morning and got a reply the same day. I replied late that night around 11:30 pm and certainly did not expect a reply before morning, but got a reply almost immediately again from the used car sales manager, Stephanie. On Mondat morning, Stephanie called to let me know that she did not want me to drive over an hour to get there and be disappointed if the car was gone as we had made several attempts to buy this make/model but it always seemed to get sold before we arrived. When we arrived, Cliff Matthews had just brought the vehicle out front for a test drive and warm it up as it was a cold day. He met me at my car and introduced himself with the car running. What a welcome! Cliff took us for a test drive and never made us feel pressured. No silly sales questions that you would expect from a high pressure used car sale person and I have been in sales myself for over 25 years. He was totally professional and very easy to communicate with. He did more listening than talking. We then spoke with Angie in the finance department and again we found a great professional who was knowledgeable about what she was doing without the "let me up sell you something else." She explained what our options were and which ones might make the most sense for us. We love our used car, which they did a great job preparing detailing it for the sale, (kudos to that person/manager). I believe we got a great deal on a great vehicle and were even more surprised by the fantastic service we got from every person we dealt with at Baierl Toyota. More

My car was accepted by the Service Department at the scheduled time and the work was completed in the time I was told it would take. The person who worked with me at the service desk was friendly, list scheduled time and the work was completed in the time I was told it would take. The person who worked with me at the service desk was friendly, listened to my questions and made sure my request was honored. This was my first visit to the service department with my recently purchased Venza. I took advantage of the new customer discount on parts to have mudguards installed. They look great and are still working as expected. As the above ratings indicate, I was very pleased with the people I met and with the quality of the installation of the mudguards. I already have an appointment scheduled for routine service work that will be done in April. More
