Brought my 2021 RAV4 in because of a whining noise when car was put into park, was told that it's the brake actuators engaging. Okay. Why did it just start making the noise now while my sister's 2015 RAV4 car was put into park, was told that it's the brake actuators engaging. Okay. Why did it just start making the noise now while my sister's 2015 RAV4 has never made that noise. I appreciate that you know what the problem was but again why now after having the vehicle for 15 months. Will I have to listen to this for the life of the car? I do appreciate having the car washed and tires rotated. Not happy at all with having to make three phone calls to get the shuttle service. One was a hang-up after waiting for about 8 minutes, another went to Abbie's voice mail and finally Sharon? after I explained what was happening took my message and walked it to the service dept. Chick, your driver has been pleasant and an asset to your company. More

Very professional and courteous staff. They reviewed exactly what was to be done. We walked around the RAV and they took photos to show there was no damage. The work was done quickly. I would absolutely not purchase any vehicle from this dealership. I do understand the current state of the economy and global delays. I called to make an appointment with Sales Rep #1 to talk about avail dealership. I do understand the current state of the economy and global delays. I called to make an appointment with Sales Rep #1 to talk about availability/timing/etc. Arrive at appointment and he is not there. Sales Rep #2 talks to us, answers our questions and let's us know there is nothing available but will call/check-in. He emails a few weeks later that nothing is available. That same afternoon Sales Rep #1 calls and says there ARE some available. The next day we put money down for a 2022 Sienna (AWD/XLE) beginning of February knowing it should arrive late March. After hearing nothing from Sales Rep #1 I call mid-March to check on the status only to find out he no longer works there. Sales Rep #3 does not see the description of the car/our name anywhere. He continues to look/follow-up but doesn't see anything. I go into the dealership and ask to see the GM to find out what is going on. He never once comes out to see me. Sales Rep #4 tries to help, gives me a reason as to why we don't have a van yet (wether it is true or not we will never know) and offers me a Platium level trim, which was way more than we were originally wanting to spend. However, we were trading in and quoted (in writing!) a $15k trade in for our car. After Sales Rep #4 said he would honor the trade-in value we agreed to purchase the platium trim (Even with a $4k above MSRP total). Closing day arrives and it's listed at $5k above MSPR, the wrong financing (3.99% vs 2.99% which we were also verbally promised and qualify for), and only $5k for trade-in! It was all wrong and all lies. They did not honor the trade-in and said there was ANOTHER mix-up and we were given the wrong trade in value quote. After several discussions and barely any apologizes or consideration from the dealership we did purchase the van because we wanted this model and do understand global supply chain. However, we feel like we were completely taken advantage of and mistake after mistake was made with nothing but a "Whoops, so and so before you made these mistakes". Good luck and double and triple check your pricing prior to closing! More
