Good experience except that I froze while waiting. No need for the waiting area HVAC to be set on freezer setting. my appointment was for 9:30, arrived ten minutes early, was finished around 11:45. Could possibly have been done a little more quickly, but it was ok. Car was inspected and emission test and they also completed an oil change as my 2 years was coming due. When I arrived at the Dealer's door I was greeted and asked to pull into the service garage. I was quickly greeted at the service counter and asked what I needed done that day. Andrew Defrancis let me know that I needed Front Rotter fixed while I was waiting in the comfortable waiting area. He informed me that I would have an hour1/2 wait. When my car was done, I was called to the service desk by Andrew Defrancis who was very pleasant and helped me pay and sign for my repairs. I wish my car had been washed like they do at other Toyota Dealers but overall, I was very pleased with my experience. More

I was looking for Sienna for my business Lou was a salesperson who try to collect deposits from me on Sienna, during the process, he sounded like they have it in stock or getting it soon, AND I HAD TO WAIT A MONTH AND a HALF TO GET MY CAR, okay I understand about the situation during the market shortage I didn't complain about this. Also, they charged me a crazy interest rate for a new car which is almost 9%, but I didn't complain about this too. Real problems start after I gave him a deposit. after the deposit, I can not reach out to him and until the vehicle gets my door I didn't even know when it was coming. and Now I am facing another problem which is the registration paper, according to salesperson they should send me the paper so I can register the vehicle in my state which is NJ within 30 days, now it's been almost 90 days since my temporary plates expired in few days I can not speak to anybody. of course salesperson, Lou is not picking up the phone or answering text msg, even though I called their dealerships more than 10 times to talk to ANYONE who can help, and left a voicemail to their Manager still nobody is calling me back for 4 days now. I had more than 20 times of car purchasing experience and I can surely tell BAIERL TOYOTA is the WORST, I don't even understand how they still have business going on PA if they are not able to do simple communication with the customer. I didn't ask for a discount, I never tried to be rude, all I wanted was just ONE PHONE CALL to communicate which never happened. I am sharing my experience with all of the SNS and google, yelp, and other site reviews so that other people can stay away from them. More
As always, the Service was great. Lonnie and Jimmy were very kind and considerate. The only negative aspect of bringing my car in for Service is the less than comfortable waiting area on the main floor. The chairs are worn and uncomfortable, the air conditioning blasts out cold air on you regardless of where you sit and the TV was blaring although no one seemed interested in watching The Food Channel. I personally believe that considering the fact that Toyota is a great car Baierl might at least consider upgrading the waiting area to a level at least near like waiting in the Lexus Garage. Just a thought! Over all I will always prefer great service to a more comfortable waiting area if I had to choose. More
