I dropped my vehicle off Thursday and got it back Tuesday. It went in to get it’s radio checked and I know they drive it for a test drive to see if the problem occurs but when I got my vehicle back a Tuesday. It went in to get it’s radio checked and I know they drive it for a test drive to see if the problem occurs but when I got my vehicle back and it was driven over 90 miles, I think that is a little ridiculous especially since they did not even put gas in the tank when rentals always has to be filled to where It was when we got them. After all of this they could not find the problem because it did not occur during the ride. Then I look on my Toyota app and the last known area my vehicle was parked at was an address in Aliquippa. Not sure if a technician drove it home or what but putting over 90 miles on a 2022 vehicle is outrageous especially when nothing was said to me about it. More

What a wonderful service area. Bright, clean and the staff was so friendly. This was my 10.000 mile maintenance and it went so quickly and smooth. Staff is on the ball. Good experience except that I froze while waiting. No need for the waiting area HVAC to be set on freezer setting. my appointment was for 9:30, arrived ten minutes early, was finished around 11:45.
