I live 96 miles from the dealership and when I called, I explained my circumstances to "Cecilia" who assured me the dealership would be happy to meet my needs. I followed this up with the following email: Hi Cecelia, I am clearing my schedule to get over to your dealership tomorrow afternoon. It will take me about an hour and a half to get there. I am coming there with the intentions of purchasing the 4runner. As I stated on the phone, my payments need to be under $400, my credit will be just fine, and I do have money to put down. If you think this will not be possible, please let me know. I do not want to waste your time or mine. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow! I took off work, had someone drive me out to their dealership with the complete intention and understanding I was purchasing this vehicle. They could not come close to what I asked for, and when I explained what I was told, said, "Sorry, can we put you in a different vehicle?" I couldn't believe it. I would think they would have offered to negotiate more or even offer to give me gas money for their error. What a joke. AND I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER! More

I had worked a month with another dealership and in a day he had a great deal for me. He made sure the process was smooth and in a tell fashion. He is what brought me back to buy my new Toyota rav 4. Once again he made it easy to buy and was very accomodating. After it was bought he gave me another gentleman that helped me out with everything. His name is David Kaufman abd again can't say enough great things about him. I needed racks placed on top of my car snd he had the service man waiting when I pulled up. Also got a dent two days in as someone must of hit car with door. They took care of fixing that and again had the dent guy waiting. Was out in 20 minutes. Never had such a nice experience with a car dealership as I had with these two. They are top notch and will refer them to everyone More

Bad experience and making fun of customer We have been to this dealership a week ago(September last week), in search of Toyota SUV's for the quote. When we entered, main receptionist asked for the purpose. Being a international, not using correct word for third row optional seats SUVs, we did mention convertible 5 to 7 seated car. Picking up the word "convertible" made fun that, we don't have a convertible car seats for kids in any cars. Also, no sales rep. came to show any of the model, other than discussing and making faces and murmuring with receptionist. It really ruined our starting search with Toyota dealers. We would never go back to this dealership again. More
