I got my state inspection, tire rotation, and new brake pads installed all while being at work. They even called a Lyft driver to take me back/forth from my office. I'm always happy with the service I receive and they always work with me on coupons or price matches to help any way they can. I buy tires there, get all my maintenance done, and always have great service. I love Bairl Toyota! More

I was very impressed with their service, timeliness, recommendations, and pricing. Erin was outstanding to work with: so thorough, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Great follow-through as well, including timely call-backs with answers to questions. The technician who worked on my vehicle was quite helpful as well. I was grateful that he noticed another problem with the vehicle and suggested a remedy. I had just become used to the problem with my door and decided to live with it. The technician knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it. These folks are wonderful. I will definitely bring my vehicle there again and have already recommended them to others. More

Used & Abused My husband and I went into the dealership for a new purchase. It was made clear from the start that this vehicle was going to be used for business. Th My husband and I went into the dealership for a new purchase. It was made clear from the start that this vehicle was going to be used for business. The salesman did not tell us anything about the features of the vehicle we drove. I am a pretty tech savvy person so this didn't bother me too much. I came to realize in the next few days, that I do not have automatic headlights and the Scout GPS Link service that I planned on using is not compatible with my phone. This would have changed my mind about the purchase. The salesman gave us the basic numbers and we were way off. I had told him over the phone what our payment needed to be and he came back with these crazy high numbers. We were offered much less than what another dealership had offered us the night before for our trade. We eventually got the trade to what we were wanting and continued on. Spent an hour on the phone with our insurance company making a supposedly required change to our policy. Before we went into the finance office to start finalizing, he told us that this vehicle is *wink wink* not to be used for business purposes because the bank wouldn't finance the loan if they knew. At this point we had invested several hours of our time and did not see an issue. Fast forward to Monday, Feb 4th and the finance guy called me to let me know that the bank needed to speak with my husband and to make sure that he didn't slip up and tell them that the vehicle was being used for business and to not say that I was the principal driver of the vehicle and not him. He said that it would start a lot of problems. I began to feel uncomfortable at this point but still went with the flow and understood. I got home and started thinking about what if I would need to purchase a commercial insurance policy. I called with my concerns and he was pretty much clueless. I knew I would be unable to purchase commercial insurance and that if I did, the bank would call the loan due immediately. After speaking with management, he called me back he told me the same information as he did previously and said that if we did not feel comfortable that we could bring the car back and they would give me my trade back. I explained to him that I had put almost 500 miles on the car and I asked what kind of penalties would be involved. He said there would be no penalties. That they would do this as a courtesy and just reverse the deal since it hadn't been booked yet. We decided that was best. My husband and I arrived at the dealership and all of a sudden there is a repair bill to get my car back. $1128 and some change. That was still okay though. We were willing to pay it to end this stressful situation. Then they decided that they wanted to speak with the bank before they would agree to allow us to return the car. My husband and I are both fuming because we just made the decision to back out of a huge financial deal and now they changed their minds. They called me the next day to say they spoke to the bank. No definite answer. Back and forth most of the day. We were told that it was not possible to speak with the bank. Then general manager Michael called me. He was immediately a fast talker and did not care. All he cared about was that we signed a contract. We still were making it very clear how extremely frustrated we were and to please just let us take our trade back. Michael said that was not possible if the bank is fine with the details. We waited and waited for that call back from Michael to let us know. It was not until almost 7 pm when Michael did finally call me back. 1 hour after I asked him for an update. He said that the deal had finalized that evening and explained that the bank does not consider my job commercial. Still no communication from the bank directly or anything in writing. We feel used. Lead us on for a couple days until the deal finalized. Not only was Michael extremely nasty and uncaring, He lied to my husband and told him that he never told me that the deal had just finalized that evening. He was trying to pin my husband against me. I am disgusted at how we were treated. More
Mostly Satisfied Baierl Ford has always treated me like an important customer, therefore, I have faith in Baierl Toyota and I'm considering trading my 2016 Explorer for Baierl Ford has always treated me like an important customer, therefore, I have faith in Baierl Toyota and I'm considering trading my 2016 Explorer for a new Toyota Highlander. I am disillusioned , though , about my Ford transmission breaking down and needing rebuilt at 29,000 miles and still has rough shifting between two gears and on the same downshift gears. The mechanic took time and drove with me,he was genuinely concerned - we heard one "clunk" which he passed as normal, but after me driving a new explorer at Butler Ford..and a new Highlander at Diehl ,.with no "clunks" at all, I am convinced that the transmission is not right. As a private pilot and 30 year truck driver, I know a little something about mechanics and paying attention to unusual noises. Also my karate buddy,a transmission shop owner agrees with me. I don't fault the mechanic,he was wonderful, but I just don't trust this transmission. They may get this car for a couple of days to drive back and forth to work, then I'm sure they can't deny the rough shifting, except,I have to lose my transportation "again".If I trade the Ford for a toyota, someone else will be stuck with the problem....I don't want to see that situation. Baierl overall is still a great place to shop; they didn't make this transmission, but still need to take my concern at a higher level. More
