Emergency dealt with on same day. I had been hearing loud banging noises coming from underneath my 2009 Rav4 for several days when going around sharp bends and/or over big bumps. I cam I had been hearing loud banging noises coming from underneath my 2009 Rav4 for several days when going around sharp bends and/or over big bumps. I came in and the service department put me right into the line, even though I didn't have an appointment. I was frightened to continue to drive the car one more mile. After an evaluation, it was diagnosed that the sway bar was broken and had to be replaced. To my surprise, they had the parts on hand, and put me in line to have the job done immediately. While I walked down the street for a late lunch, the job was finished before I had finished my meal. I'm so grateful for the way I was treated, for the work being done in such a timely and competent way, and I left greatly relieved. I have a lot of confidence in the mechanics, in the great service staff out front, and I appreciate how fortunate I am to be treated in this respectful way. More
