Repair estimate ... determine damage ... ?drivable Unfortunately, I had an issue between my vehicle's plastic undercarriage on the front end and splash guards in the wheel wells and a piece of ribar s Unfortunately, I had an issue between my vehicle's plastic undercarriage on the front end and splash guards in the wheel wells and a piece of ribar steel sticking up about 3 inches above the parking spot barrier. When I went to leave the business, I put the car in reverse however there was a terrible drag on the front end and a teriblly loud scraping sound. I put the car in park and investigated. The entire plastic undercarriage was pulled away from being anchored to the chassis with hex nuts and both wheel well splash guards were popped out of place, held only by another plastic clamp. To make matters worse, it was 3:35 pm. I called Baierl Toyota, but it took more than one hour to get an ok to bring the car in to be looked at. Around 5 pm to spoke to Erin, and she said to bring it in at 6:30 pm. Well, the shop couldn't do anything to repair the damage and I got an estimate to call my insurance company with. I very carefully drove the car home. Today, I have been working with Erin and my insurance company to get the parts and in a few days (hopefully) I can once again take the car back to have the repairs done. Erin has been most helpful in this process, and I thank her for her patience, professional attitude and calming affect. More

He was very knowledgeable about the Sienna and the different features and options. Also, his style seemed to fit my personality well, as I don't like to be pressured. He patiently answered all of the questions my wife and I had. Car salesman have a certain reputation, but I found that Tyler and the finance manager Alex were very pleasant to deal with. It was truly a pleasant car-buying experience. When it comes time to purchase a vehicle in the future, I will definitely look to Baierl Toyota first. Well done by Baierl service! Unfortunately a state inspection turned into an exceedingly expensive event!
