Mark Entress was the sales guy and went above and beyond to find me my Tacoma. Fact is he drove 2 hours away and 2 hours back just to pick it up . Additionally he took at least an hour to explain ALL the sy to find me my Tacoma. Fact is he drove 2 hours away and 2 hours back just to pick it up . The sales process went rather well , Rod Phillips seemed to understand my needs and worked with me to reach an agreement. He also took care of some minor issues with the vehicle . They didn’t confirm that they had the part in stock or paint (even though they asked for my VIN at the beginning) so there were two i interruptions to my schedule. I gave them 5 stars because their service manager, Sean, checked that an upgraded part was being put on so hopefully this problem doesn’t occur again. (I’ve never owned a car with this problem before. Before you think this isn’t a big deal, if the gas door isn’t closed, it doesn’t close a switch to let the sliding door function. ) More
