Mark Entress was the sales guy and went above and beyond to find me my Tacoma. Fact is he drove 2 hours away and 2 hours back just to pick it up . Additionally he took at least an hour to explain ALL the sy to find me my Tacoma. Fact is he drove 2 hours away and 2 hours back just to pick it up . Additionally he took at least an hour to explain ALL the systems in the truck . I will definitely be using /sending him business in the future . The sales process went rather well , Rod Phillips seemed to understand my needs and worked with me to reach an agreement. He also took care of some minor issues with the vehicle . The only complaint i have is that i found it odd not to include some type of warranty with your used vehicles ( 3 months / 3000 miles ) for example.I almost did not buy this vehicle for that reason.I found some minor issues with the vehicle the day after purchase that got past your service dept. ,overall i am satisfied. Although they would not accept any images (text msg/email) ahead of the repair (Toyota Sienna mini-van gas door hinge fails), they did pickup the car and return it to save me some time. They didn’t confirm that they had the part in stock or paint (even though they asked for my VIN at the beginning) so there were two i interruptions to my schedule. I gave them 5 stars because their service manager, Sean, checked that an upgraded part was being put on so hopefully this problem doesn’t occur again. (I’ve never owned a car with this problem before. Before you think this isn’t a big deal, if the gas door isn’t closed, it doesn’t close a switch to let the sliding door function. ) More
