I gave them 5 stars because their service manager, Sean, checked that an upgraded part was being put on so hopefully this problem doesn’t occur again. (I’ve never owned a car with this problem before. Before you think this isn’t a big deal, if the gas door isn’t closed, it doesn’t close a switch to let the sliding door function. ) More
