I couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience. I knew the exact car that I wanted and also wanted to avoid too much back and forth and hassle with paperwork etc. I was only going to be experience. Chad respected my short timeline and window to make the perfect purchase and from start to finish was friendly, understanding, quick to give me updates, transparent and overall made my experience as seamless as possible. Chad was extremely personable and during our test drive filled me in on all the details of the car, which was a smooth as I expected it would be. When I completed my test drive with Chad I probably waited all but 5min to speak with the finance rep Chris Holland. Chris and Chad did their due diligence to get as much pre paperwork completed that way the finance portion was expedited and didn't take up so much. Chris was also extremely personable quick to answer any questions and actually really funny, which may seem like a small detail but after a long day and having a long trip to make in front of me, a little humor was much appreciated. The facility itself is immaculate also, you can tell the whole team has a commitment to excellence and customer service. All in all my experience with Chad has buy far been the best in person car buying experience I've had in my life. Making this smooth in person purchase was a dream after the nightmare of having a long, drawn out, frustrating and disappointing expeirence with several online delivery attempts with Carvana. Chad and his team served as an example that the in-person car buying experience doesn't have to be a painful daunting one. Thank you Chad, Chris and the BMW Wilmington Team! More

We visited BMW of WIlmington and met with Hunter Knowles about ordering a new M2. After a couple of weeks when it became clear that special order cars from BMW, Audi and Porsche would take months to arrive we contacted Hunter again but this time about a certified pre-owned BWM. Happened thatthey had a 2018 M5 on the lot. Went to the dealer that day and met again with Hunter. After a test drive we decided to buy the M5. Have not regretted it. The car is great and working with Hunter, Chris Holland (finance) and Taylor Thompson (BMW Genius) was terrific. One of the best car buying experiences ever. Any any contact we've had with the dealership has goneextremely well. Can't recommend the team at BMW of Wilmington enough. More
