I think the best part about my experience with Roman was that there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision in haste. He knew answers to almost all of my questions, for the others he found out for me promptly. Price transparency was very good which eliminated a lot of the haggling. Roman knew a lot about the basics of the car but after the purchase he turned it over Cece, who I call the genius. She was very impressive with her knowledge of the particulars of the car. She sat with me in the car to point out all the small details and help me get all the settings right for my liking. She was very patient with a dummy like me! More
