It was easy to track the progress online and Gareth would even reach out and update me along the way. When my vehicle arrived he arranged to have it delivered to me at my residence by a very courteous and informative BMW specialist by the name of Ronan that went over all the features of my vehicle and even set up my garage door opener. I am very happy that we decided to purchase the X3 with Gareth and BMW of Wilmington. I love my new X3! More

Have a Mini Cooper and finding a reliable repair shop is not easy in this area. BMW Wilmington is a lifesaver!! I've not been in any repair shops that are this kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.
