I have purchased a few cars before but this last time my experience was way more pleasant thanks to Gareth Jesina at the BMW of Wilmington. Gareth was super helpful, knowledgable, and patient with me from day one I contacted him until 3 months later and multiple visits and conversations when I finally made up my mind and purchased my first BMW. Besides all the qualities and skills Gareth had, the best thing was I never felt pressured to purchase a car or choose something I didn't want to through out the process. Have a Mini Cooper and finding a reliable repair shop is not easy in this area. BMW Wilmington is a lifesaver!! I've not been in any repair shops that are this kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. This being my 40th new car that I purchased it turn out to be a mess. I built my new car and asked for only three items and 1 included a heated steering wheel. I ordered the package that I thought had t to be a mess. I built my new car and asked for only three items and 1 included a heated steering wheel. I ordered the package that I thought had this item and told the salesman that the heated steering wheel is a must. Guess what no heated steering. No one went over the purchase order with me line by line to make sure I had all the items that I wanted. We also did not get a spare tire and did not know that we had to order one , but on the website I saw no where to order this item. No one told us that we do not get spare tires unless we order them. Again where on the website where do I order this item. I really wished I had more help ordering my BMW since I have never ordered a new car. I have always brought off the lot. It is disappointing that I did not get everything I wanted and had no help. I do want to give a shout out to the Luke who has been so helpful setting up my BMW and showing me all the bells and whistles on my car. More

I've been buying BMW's for 15+ years - and this was by far the best experience I've ever had buying one while dealing with Gareth Jesina at BMW of Wilmington. I contacted Gareth in early January to purcha far the best experience I've ever had buying one while dealing with Gareth Jesina at BMW of Wilmington. I contacted Gareth in early January to purchase a 2022 4 Series - and with the limited amount of new cars available on the lot - he recommended I custom order one from the factory to get exactly what I wanted. He is VERY knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to make a purchase or get anything I didn't want. As the car went through production, to shipping, to arriving at the dealership - he was texting or calling to give me updates every step of the way. I believe BMW of Wilmington has some of the best staff all around that I've ever encountered - but purchasing my car through Gareth was the best decision I could have made. I would also like to highly recommend Ronan as your BMW Genius when you pick up your car - I was already pretty familiar with the car / iDrive system - but he walked me through every detail of getting the car setup and customized exactly how I wanted....Long story short, you can't go wrong buying a car with Gareth!
