Bought a a used car from them. Noticed a couple days later that the passenger side seat had been spray painted. They didn’t even cover the area around the seat, so the seatbelt a Noticed a couple days later that the passenger side seat had been spray painted. They didn’t even cover the area around the seat, so the seatbelt and center console also have spray paint on it. The passenger side mirror had a non functioning broken/shattered light. They also must have removed the tint that was on the windows, because when I took it to get tinted, the guy told me that there was residual glue everywhere, and numerous scratches where they used a razor to remove the tint. I also noticed heavy build of oil in various places under the hood, like there was an explosion of some sorts. Still looking into that. More

Everyone at the dealership was attentive but not pushy. Roman took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient throughout the entire process. I kept waiting for an X5 to come in with what I wanted but no luck. Roman suggested that I order one exactly the way I want and approximately 6 weeks later in it came and it is the best car I have ever ow but no luck. I took my 640IL convertible, 2014 in for its regular service and oil change this week to BMW of Wilmington NC This place is amazing. Their facility , their staff, their detailed service!!! I checked service and oil change this week to BMW of Wilmington NC This place is amazing. Their facility , their staff, their detailed service!!! I checked in and was notified by text that service was under way. Next thing I get is a video text of the service man showing me everything underneath my car...pointing out all items checked, good condition, need to address in the future, along with a full explanation of what I am seeing.. WOW took customer support to the next level. This is a first and truly appreciated from the customer point of view. This is why I drive an hour each way to get service here. Customer for life!!! PS My vehicle was returned washed, dried and vacuumed! More

Roman was excellent to deal with - professional, knowledgeable and helpful Wilmington NC. This was the first used car I'd bought in over 20 years. Roman was excellent to deal with - professional, knowledgeable and helpful in the extreme. The whole dealer experience was thoroughly enjoyable and taking delivery was as enjoyable as it had been when I bought my 2019 540i form the same dealership. Strongly recommend these cars and this dealership, and if you can deal with Roman, so much the better. More
