Bait and switch. I provided a $50 coupon for my service costing $495. BMW OF WESTLAKE wouldn't accept the coupon, saying the 4 year service was already discounted. Ho I provided a $50 coupon for my service costing $495. BMW OF WESTLAKE wouldn't accept the coupon, saying the 4 year service was already discounted. However, the coupon didn't have this exclusion. Apparently the coupon was just to get me in the door. More
