2nd BMW purchase I bought my 2nd car of John and BMW of Westlake this past weekend and the experience was amazing! I gave John a few ideas of what I wanted and he pull I bought my 2nd car of John and BMW of Westlake this past weekend and the experience was amazing! I gave John a few ideas of what I wanted and he pulled around the perfect 2019 X3 for me. I previously looked at another dealer and it took about 2 hours to even get to the point that John got me to in about 15 minutes. I came in a few days later and signed a few papers with Mike Niedzwiecki and I was off. I will never buy a car from anyone except John at BMW of Westlake because of how hassle free both of my experiences have been. They explained every single detail of my car without it being to tedious. If you ever need a car from BMW stop at John's desk first, my family has bought cars from him for 20 years and we will not see anyone else! More

Although we got our vehicle during a pandemic, they were extremely professional about social distancing and keeping the areas clean with wipes and sanitizer. We even spoke with Travis, another sales lead, that had a family of the same vehicles as the one I was buying, and he printed out a helpful sheet for us regarding some oil change tips and tricks. All in all I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and great service. More
