The dealership tried to tell me my tire insurance was void which was incorrect and they did not change out both front tires as they should have. They only changed out the damaged right tire but the left void which was incorrect and they did not change out both front tires as they should have. The service rep, Heather, did not look to execute matters and I needed to ask management directly for details and explanations that she should have automatically sought... The manager, Dave, was terrific and answered all questions and assisted with the matter and it made me feel like a VIP customer, which I am.
