Overall great purchasing experience My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from Otto’s and the experience was great. We found the car online and decided to come in to see if we liked the car as much in person as well as whether it fit our needs. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a sitter and had to bring our two young kids with us so I’m sure we weren’t the ideal customers to deal with but everyone at Otto’s, especially our sales associate Justice, were very accommodating. As I just mentioned, Justice was our sales associate and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of our needs. We took turns (due to our child situation) test driving another pre-owned 328i to get a feel for it. During the test drive, Brian, our BMW genius was a great resource. He answered all of our questions, possibly even twice, given my husband and I took separate test drives. I fell in love with the car but wanted to take out the actual pre-owned car I would be buying. Justice and Brian continued the great quality service as I drove the second vehicle which we decided on purchasing. We took delivery of the car a few days later. My husband and I were amazed by the level of care and details that Justice went through to make our buying experience so great. Our car was waiting for us in it’s own showroom garage along with a sign congratulating us for our purchase. I would highly recommend Otto’s and specifically Justice and Brian for all future BMW purchases. More

BMW has a Genius Program that is available to help the new owners become familiar with their new car. However, most helpful to us was working with Brian Menda. Brian has been doing customer interaction work for quite a while and has a deep knowledge of BMW cars. Most importantly, Brian is a very good communicator. I'm a gadget person and my wife much less so. Brian has a skill of addressing both viewpoints simultaneously during the same conversation. He was always readily available and was very helpful in different ways to both of us. This made a big difference in how quickly we felt comfortable with our new car. More

Stellar experience... as per usual! Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Mar Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Martin. I had been looking for a 4 series GranCoupe for a while but wasn't exactly in a rush because... as you can imagine, my old 3 series performed very well still. I was tempted to buy an Audi A6 as I had always been in love with Audis but once again Otto's BMW won me over. Ian showed me a beautiful CPO 428i xDrive GC. With tinted windows. I thought to myself: that's meant to be - as I had always wanted to tint the windows - no need to spend extra on that! Ian agreed to let me take the car home overnight so I can decide whether I really wanted it. Ian and Wilmer both said they would put the car on hold for me. No security deposit as other dealerships would expect. I honestly can't say enough about these guys! Top notch service from start to finish. We scheduled delivery for this morning and there she was, my new 4 series, in the delivery room, freshly detailed... with a personalized message waiting for me. I am completely satisfied! Not only that but I was impressed to see other employees knew my name! I feel very welcome every time I'm there. More
