Jay made the pickup of our new BMW a special moment. The icing on the cake was the Teddy bear waiting on the car for Eleanor. Very much appreciated! The icing on the cake was the Teddy bear waiting on the car for Eleanor. Very much appreciated! More

She understood the inventory, the background of the cars and provided valuable input along my journey. I went to four dealerships in total. Three other BMW dealerships and another brand. I took three weeks to really look at the cars and the pricing structure of each car. If you are going to purcahse a BMW, you must visit BMW of West Chester and absolutely ask for Lauren. The car was delivered flawlessly and their was excellent information given while we were signing the poaperwork. Even after my purchase Laauren has followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I have been in business for over 35 years and have had 5 or so BMW's. Working wth Lauren, has been my best experience to date. If you are getting a BMW come here and ask for Lauren!! . . More

I asked my salesperson about the military discount and no one had an answer about qualification. Needless to say I did not get the military discount and my husband is a veteran. one had an answer about qualification.
