I highly reccomend him if you're in the market for a new/used/CPO BMW! A pleasant, new experience I had with this dealership was the Encore visit. Kevin was the BMW Genius whom which I was in contact. Awesome guy! A true car enthusiast and really knows his stuff! Not only was he accomodating with my constant recheduling of visits, he actually met me ON A SUNDAY closer to my home to go over my new vehicle. Talk about customer service! Absolute great customer experience I purchased a new 2015 BMW X5. The deal ($$) was great, the financing aspect was superb but most of all, the care and attention to detail at this dea I purchased a new 2015 BMW X5. The treatment by my phenomenal sales advisor, Lehia McGillen was professional and caring towards my needs in a vehicle. Ottos' Sales Manager, Mike Gardner made my negotiation seamless. The dealership went overboard to make me feel like part of the family and I would highly recommend them. Three weeks after purchased I returned to Otto's for a Genius Appointment with Brian Menda to go over the operational functions of my vehicle. Brian knows the functionality of the BMW models inside and out. Brian, patiently went over the controls, iDrive and whatever I wanted to discuss. Never again! Beware! Bought a 2007 BMW 335i. Within 2 weeks the car through a reduced power warning. Still have not been able to figure out what is wrong with it. Then... Bought a 2007 BMW 335i. Then... everytime it rains the passenger side gets flooded with water so now the car smells terrible! My BMW specialized mechanic said the car has a lot of problems that the dealership clearly knew about. Its a lemon! This dealership has no consideration for their costumers. All they care about is getting rid of these beat up used cars that are way overpriced. My salesman was "Heath". I am getting rid of this car and getting a NEW 435 but will NOT be purchasing at this place! More

An absolute joke of a dealership in every aspect. Thank you for making me write my first review EVER! I am the most easy person to deal with, ya know the type who wont even send bad food back. But thi Thank you for making me write my first review EVER! I am the most easy person to deal with, ya know the type who wont even send bad food back. But this story needs to be told. So in short, I took my car in for service and thought to myself not look into a leasing a new vehicle? After 30 minutes of getting nothing but MSRP quotes, with 7K out of pocket I decided against the notion of doing a new lease. So I decided to do some research online( forums, articles, etc) to see what others had been paying for the EXACT same leases. After finding real people entering real deal information, I figured I would go back in and see how they reacted to these numbers. After waiting almost an hour to speak with the salesman, I had enough. So I left with my car, and after sitting in 30 minutes of traffic on a Friday I noticed that there was 2 ENGINE BOLTS in my cup holder, a windshield wiper light on, and grease inside of my scroll wheel so bad that it barely would click. After voicing my opinion about my experience, the owner reached out to me. Saying everything from "we do not conduct ourselves this way blah blah let us earn your business back." So in any event, I decided to go meet with him one day and go over lease options, and get my car looked at while we spoke. The owner basically said these deals that you are showing me are "impossible." Then after lowballing my trade, told me they would look at other options possibly loaner calls with miles on them with discounted lease prices. In the midst of this the service manager tells me they "temporarily" fixed my washer fluid issue, and sent me back to my car and GUESS WHAT , the bolts and grease were still there!!! At this point I wanted to explode. I decided to reach out to another local dealer to see what they could do. The following weekend I went and right out of the gate I was able to make a deal. How is it that another dealer can lease me the exact same car for over $150 dollars less a month?? Well in the eyes of Otto BMW this is an impossible feat. I gave these people way too many chances, and boy was it a nightmare every time. Keep in mind I was in the car business for 5+ years, so my experience plays a role in this review. After it all they had the audacity to try to sell me a car on the last day of the month, STILL not budging. I will however say Wilmer in sales, and the girls at the service desk are wonderful. Its a shame they have to deal with the chaos around them. More

This time our 428i convertible was a little confusing with all the options that idrive offers so we set up an appointment with Kevin Hughes who patiently led us through all the features plus several of the hidden gems that we might not have considered without his help. Ralph Nofsinger was our Client Advisor and we appreciated his informative, low pressure sales approach. We walked out content with our deal, the value of the new car and happy to have a new BMW just as the weather starts to improve. More
