Dealership is going thru an extensive renovation which subtracted from the overall experience, however, the overall experience was still very good. When we were picking up my wife's new 440i, they had my X5 washed. Great service and nice touch for an upscale dealership. Definitely continue to by my BMW's here. More

While i was waiting for the salesman to price my tradein, i also had the unfortunate experience of listening to two different salesmen berating their clients. One of them very rude to the customer telling him to make his mind up and the other on the phone telling a client that if he cant make a 1000 on a deal, it is not worth his time. Do not waste your time with this dealership. More

Not willing to deal-consistently higher than other dealers It's no news that BMW sales are in a slump & that the manufacturer is pushing their dealerships to boost sales. The laws of supply & demand don't apply at Otto's. Don't expect a good deal from them. In fact, they are usually the most expensive when doing price comparisons. Save money, go elsewhere. More

There was alsolutely no pressure at any time and I was very happy with the transaction which included a trade. A few weeks after I purchased my vehicle , I meet with Dallas Reynolds from Otto's for an encore review of the X3, wow, there was so much that I learned in that hour with Dallas! He also did a great job of listening to my wants and needs and helped me find the right BMW for me. The modern day BMW is packed with so much functionality and technology. Worst Service experience I have been visiting Otto's BMW since 2014 thinking I will get other Employee than Beth. I told last year its time to replace brake pads and as usual I have been visiting Otto's BMW since 2014 thinking I will get other Employee than Beth. I told last year its time to replace brake pads and as usual she responded its good, now My brake pads got rusty just after buying new car and less than 3 year old. Never listens to customer. Today was my last day here. If you ask for regular warranty covered items that needs to be replaced she rejects them and Today I have to pay big to replace some of the parts because Brake pads were not replaced when I asked for. It is helpful to have someone show you all the little tricks as the car has become very sophisticated: even just the navigation feature is quite tricky. Kevin was clear and helpful - I highly recommend going in for the tutorial!! More
