That night, I decided on a different car and emailed him after hours. The next morning he sent me the details and we went ahead with the purchase. When I picked it up, completed the financing in about 20 minutes, met with a product specialist who explained all the features and I was on my way. I highly recommend Otto’s to anyone looking for a BMW!!! More

Scott took the time to ask some questions and really understand what I was looking for, what was important to me (what's critical vs what's a nice to have, and what I definitely didn't want) and then did the research and came back to me with a car and a deal that fit exactly what we wanted.
