My salesperson is Jay Miller who is extremely knowledgeable and most helpful. Jay put me in touch with Brian Menda who is schooling me on the ins and outs of the new technology on my car. I have met with Brian twice and have been invited to keep coming back to learn from this very patient teacher. I also know that their service department l will continue their fine relationship with me. I highly recommend Otto's. More

Customer of Otto's since 1984 - Owned over 30 BMW's I live in Hockessin, Delaware and have been a customer of Otto's since 1984. My wife and I have owned over 30 BMW's (all models). Despite the 30 m I live in Hockessin, Delaware and have been a customer of Otto's since 1984. My wife and I have owned over 30 BMW's (all models). Despite the 30 minute drive to the dealership, I always go to Otto's for service and for sales. The service department is outstanding. It is headed by Chris Clayton who is knowledgeable and customer focused. The repairs are always done according to BMW specifications. I always get a BMW loaner car during service. I never experienced an issue with service for during all my time as a customer. Frank Adinolfi is my service advisor. Bill Cosenza is my service advisor when Frank is out of the office. Great job done by both. The sales department is staffed with excellent sales personnel either for used or new cars. Over the years, have purchased special order new, european delivery at the factory in Germany, in stock new, and certified pre owned. Recently, I worked with Ian Martin and Wilmer Rodriguez for the purchase of a BMW X5. The entire experience was pleasant and my X5 delivery went without any issues. Ian and Wilmer are true sales professionals. You can tell that I am very loyal to Otto's BMW because they have earned my loyalty over the years. I recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase or needing expert service. You would be pleased with your experience and would not be disappointed. More

Ian presented facts on both the new models and the pre-owner models in stock and gave us time alone to explore the vehicles and talk privately about our options and arranged a test drive as well. When we returned from the test drive, Ian was with another customer and introduced us to Earle to go over the preowned stock that had the options we wanted. Earle was friendly anddirect and made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. We were impressed how they worked as a team to give us the best service and attention. Great customer experience! We love our car and highly recommend this team.. More

My Unicorn After searching for months, I finally found my "unicorn" at Otto's. I wanted a six speed coupe with a heated steering wheel and when one turned up 15 After searching for months, I finally found my "unicorn" at Otto's. I wanted a six speed coupe with a heated steering wheel and when one turned up 150 miles away in West Chester, PA, I knew it was the right vehicle for me. Doing business with Scott made the whole transaction a piece of cake. The car was ready for me to inspect on my arrival in its own private showroom, and it was property detailed and all of the promises made were kept. Scott went out of his way to facilitate the transaction, and two hours after arriving at Otto's, I was on the road in my new car. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks so very much. More
