Our relationship with Otto's started off great, by email. Scott seemed enthused, helpful, and interested in our business. Alas, there was no follow-up. I purchased my third BMW from Sales person Jay Miller last week. As always it was a very pleasant experience. There was a small cosmetic problem that I discovered after I brought it home. I spoke with with Jay and manager Kevin Mahoney about this. Manager Wilmer Rodriguez immediately contacted me and scheduled an appointment the next day. They were very accommodating in making sure I was happy with my Certified Pre-Owned 2017 530i XDrive. A day half later I had it back. Aces on the repair and customer service.
