I reached out to this dealership to inquire about a BMW 228i Gran Coupe. Rodney and David were very responsive to my questions and didn't mind communicating by email, text, and phone vice having me make a 228i Gran Coupe. Rodney and David were very responsive to my questions and didn't mind communicating by email, text, and phone vice having me make a trip into the dealership to get the answers to my questions. Since I was looking for a White exterior color in a specific price range and mileage, I ultimately did not purchase a car from BMW of Owings Mills. This was an airbag recall service. Mobil was not available, but the dealership agreed to send someone over to pick up my car and bring it back afterwards.
