Recently purchased a 2022 BMW 840i grancoupe from BMW of Owings Mills and the entire experience was five stars. I was so impressed with her customer service along with the management staff, that I knew when it was my time to purchase a vehicle, Karen was the only salesperson I would deal with. I live an hour out from the dealership and have a few BMW dealers within close proximity and not once did I think about contacting them even due to the convenience. I reached out to Karen and told her what I was in the market for, she quickly confirmed with me what was available and invited me to come out for a test drive. I sat in about two hours of traffic and fell in love with the car at first sight. However, I really wanted red interior and the vehicle on the showroom floor had a caramel brown interior. I was on the fence with moving forward with the vehicle in stock for instant gratification, but Karen told me to really consider what I truly want and what matters the most. Not once did I feel as if she was pressuring me to purchase the vehicle at hand. She then introduced me to the General Sales Manager, Dustin Prieto and after meeting him, it was a no brainer that I would be dealing with them exclusively on my purchase. Our conversations started back in June, and I quickly realized that red interior was a non-negotiable must have. Karen and Dustin suggested the idea of a factory order, I went with it and fast forward to a few months later (November), I have EVERYTHING I wanted in my 8 series and more. Karen truly treated me as if I was family and wanted to ensure that I drove off happy, and that I did! Karen and Dustin were always available to provide me with status updates about the factory build and shipping process. Never one did they make me feel as if I was being a nuisance. I got the call last week that my car arrived and sat in over two hours of traffic, and it was worth every minute. From the moment I walked in to take delivery of the vehicle, they provided me with the same high quality exceptional customer service and made the experience truly one to remember. Even the finance manager, Jesse Malone was awesome. He didn’t try to sell me on any additional warranties or services. He addressed all my concerns and went over the paperwork with me in great detail. I have never had a more pleasant and easier car buying experience. We had an appointment to see a vehicle at 2 PM we drove an hour and a half to get there when we got there the vehicle was just in the process of being sold to someone else… But the gentleman in charge pers an hour and a half to get there when we got there the vehicle was just in the process of being sold to someone else… But the gentleman in charge persuaded the potential buyer to purchase another vehicle of a different color. Very disappointing that the car was not saved for us to look at before they showed it to someone else since we had an appointment. Upon purchasing the vehicle we found it very disappointing that they jacked the price up over $3000 more than the MSRP but I guess that’s the way it’s going right now with the cost of vehicles…. My local dealer could not get me the car that I wanted and they do not jack up their prices… I am referring to Sun motors in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania… I will always deal with them first. But overall I have the vehicle that I wanted I paid about $5000 more than I should have but it’s over and done with and I like my car very much. More

Mark had the pulleys and the alternator belt on my car repaired the same day, even though an outside towing company had taken half the day getting it to the dealership. I was expecting to get my car back repaired the same day, even though an outside towing company had taken half the day getting it to the dealership. I was expecting to get my car back three days later, but to my surprise I got it back within three hours of it arriving to the dealership. More
guys did a great job they tried everything to find and resolve a problem the videos they was sending all car diagnostics was so helpful to see what was a real issue with the car was.
