This experience was great. Derrick and the person managing loaners & checkout were wonderful to work with! This, is rare, as my past experiences have not always been pleasant. I' ve had to return the car because repairs weren't resolved; went to pick up car and a part dropped from the sunroof before I left the lot; had to call about headlights/day running lights coming on and not going off after car was parked -center was paid to repair some wiring; phone tag made it difficult to reach service (issue seemingly resolved itself); I'm always rluctant to take my car to this cener because I don;t expect I will consistently receive quality service!
