I hated it. I wasn't updated in a timely way, and this was the second time it is happening. The service person is unfriendly, doesn't give updates and the way he I wasn't updated in a timely way, and this was the second time it is happening. The service person is unfriendly, doesn't give updates and the way he acts it's like I owe him something like come on and worse i got charged almost $300 for a diagnosis that I should never have to pay for if things were handled properly. I am never coming back or recommending this dealership because they have confirmed why everyone calls dealerships- stealerships. More

I feel this dealership is incompetent . My advisor has no clue what she was talking about. Also is took over 30 minutes for my car when it went to the car wash.
