An Unmatched Buying Experience at Safford BMW
 As a four-time BMW owner who has dealt with multiple dealerships, I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience of my life. Due to some credit constraints, my only goal was to secure a plain BMW X5. I was told that I could trust Eric entirely, so I didn’t feel a need to give him any specifications as to what I wanted in the X5 as per colors or amenities, and he exceeded my expectations. Eric chose for me a certified used 2023 X5 series BMW with the fully loaded premium package at 36k miles in my favorite exterior color which is black with an exceptional black top quality interior design and features! I was able to discard all of the adapters I bought to charge my phone or play pre-recorded music stored on thumb drives. Eric worked hard on my behalf in record time and delivered as promised, and he got approval so that I could take my vehicle right away. He then called and said that the dealership was quite a distance from my home and had my truck delivered to me with a full tank of gas. Within an hour of his phone call I signed the sales contract from my kitchen table, received the keys and the deal was completed. It doesn’t get any better than that! Eric’s level of service is unmatched and I appreciate how he knew exactly what I wanted. My dashboard is my new toy. My iPhone connects very easily to the dash giving me total access to many of the features on my phone straight from the dashboard. I can enjoy my audiobooks, switch to SiriusXM or listen to songs I record to USB drives, hear my text messages as well as use of other apps on my phone. The dash tracks the speed limit instantaneously as I’m driving and sounds alerts when I’ve exceeded the speed limit. I have two views of everything - from my dashboard and the navigation panel. There are just too many options to list, so I’ve only listed my favorites. And I got all that for a great price. What’s most impressive is that without seeing the truck beforehand, Eric chose the perfect truck for me without my telling him exactly what I wanted in the vehicle. He called within an hour of my speaking with him to say that everything had been done. I’m just amazed beyond words that it was all done at a perfect price point. All I could say after seeing the truck for the first time was, I’m not giving this back — I’m keeping this! Finally, Eric's customer care is unmatched. He has earned my lifetime loyalty, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless, high-satisfaction purchase which is done with class, integrity, and exceptional customer care! More

I service was fine. However. I returned the loaner when my service was done. The lady WALKED around the loaner with me and CHECKED OFF that all was good . I get a call a However. I get a call after I leave there 45mins to one hour to tell me the car had a FRONT END damage. WHAT? How would you miss a front end damage and you want to pin that on me? I drive and park any vehicle I drive with caution. Your front end damage was done by whoever moved that car from where I returned it to its next location. Very poor judgment to even think of calling me after I was cleared and gone. Very very poor More
