My wife bought a new BMW 330i, Sales experience was good, the finance part was good (where you are given the options to buy extended warranties and service contracts etc) After purchasing a tire warranty I l the finance part was good (where you are given the options to buy extended warranties and service contracts etc) After purchasing a tire warranty I later decided I did not want. These can be cancelled at anytime but be prepared to be fully ignored. Many phone call attempts and messages all with no return call. I would expect this type of shady practice from a road side used car dealer. I will be opening a case with the BBB and posting many other social media reviews. More

I recently visited bmw of Morristown and had a great experience. I was assisted by my client advisor Sean Nastelon who was a true professional. He was very patient and answered my many questions. Unfort experience. I was assisted by my client advisor Sean Nastelon who was a true professional. He was very patient and answered my many questions. Unfortunately we couldn’t workout a deal on the vehicle I was interested in, but I would recommend this dealer and Sean 10/10 times to anyone in search of a pre owned vehicle. I look forward to working with Sean in the future for my car needs. More
I leased a car last year and purchased a car this year with Rick. He has always been easy to work with, quick to respond and gone above and beyond. He brought a car to my house for my husband to see and with Rick. He has always been easy to work with, quick to respond and gone above and beyond. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the customer service I received from the BMW Morristown, NJ dealership. This makes me rethink buying a BMW, I’ve lost faith in the brand and will probabl customer service I received from the BMW Morristown, NJ dealership. This makes me rethink buying a BMW, I’ve lost faith in the brand and will probably look at other car brands now. I’ve been to other dealerships and honestly, I had the worst experience at BMW Morristown! I found a 2021 X3 on their website and enquired about it on phone on Monday evening 7/5. I spoke to Mack who sent me the window sticker and the price of the car and told me that this is a demo car used by an executive (turned out to be a BIG LIE later on). As the numbers looked good, I rushed in for a test drive on Tuesday 7/6 despite there being a thunderstorm! I was asked to speak with Elijah Harris who after learning how interested I am in buying this car raised its price claiming the quote on the website was only for existing BMW car owners! I was shocked and pointed out that it didn’t say so anywhere on your website and neither did Mack mention this one day prior. I requested him to go through the fine print on the website and he could not find this new price/ loyalty bonus clause anywhere. I’m thus convinced, it was an attempt to get me to pay more than the original price. Nonetheless, I agreed to the new quote and requested Elijah to give me a breakdown of all other costs that I will have to bear for eg. fees, taxes, registration, etc. He said he did not have that handy and will call me back the next day. I waited but did not hear back from him at all. I called back myself on Thursday 7/8 and was connected with Andrew, who told me there’s no such loyalty bonus clause and the car is still available for the original list price. He gave me the price breakdown which I wanted and I was happy to move ahead. Andrew never mentioned that I could put down a deposit and reserve the car. I reached out to my lender and was starting to get the paperwork ready. Andrew was going to be out the next day Friday 7/9 so he asked me to speak to his manager Mark instead. I called on Friday 7/9 and asked for Mark but the receptionist said he was busy at the moment. I left a message for him and was waiting for his call back but never heard from him at all! On Saturday, they called me again and let me know that CAR is sold and they are doing paperwork. I was disappointed and let it go thinking it was not meant to be The Dealership Sales rep Andrew from Morristown called on Monday morning and let me know that the car is available again as the old deal fell through. So I mentioned that I would like to make a deposit to reserve the car and he agreed and told me that he will follow up with the next steps in few mins after discussing with his manager. After he did not call for an hour I called back to check on the status - He mentioned that they cannot take the deposit since they are waiting on the paperwork to be completed from BMW as they bought this car from BMW. I asked him then why would they put a car on sale if they don't have the completed paperwork - he asked me to fill the deposit application on the call and asked to provide my credit card details which I provided. He said he will connect with the manager(Mark Bonano) and let me know, This time he said that the manager is not comfortable taking my deposit as he does not know when the paperwork will be cleared for the car. After an hour from the last conversation, I was again told that it is available(Should have known that these guys are liars at this point).Next day got back to the sales rep Andrew's desk to fill out the paperwork. I was asked if I will be financing with BMW. When I asked them the rate of interest and gave me way more interest rate than my bank I politely declined. Now at this point dealership was going to make less profit as I was financing the car with my own bank. To make sure I don't buy, finally, Mark who is Andrew's manager comes and lets me know that this was a TRADE ASSIST (a car which was returned by an unhappy customer who found factory defects in the car) and not a DEMO car. After this information, I just felt betrayed and scammed all along and decided to walk out of that dealership deciding not to do business with scammers and liars.I am just astonished at how bad this situation has become and how unorganized the dealership is. I was extremely disappointed and surprised by the series of events. My time was wasted deliberately as i spent almost the entire 2 week chasing after the dealership employees! More

Recently purchased a 2018 BMW X5 & was assisted by Sean. He is a new sale representative but friendly. He tried his best to help me. But a warning message “inflate Tires” which was checked by service person He is a new sale representative but friendly. He tried his best to help me. But a warning message “inflate Tires” which was checked by service personnel in front of me and was told that message will be removed very soon after driving. Unfortunately that warning message is still showing which is bothering me. As per instructions of Sean, I took the car at BMW Manhattan to correct the met but they refused to check instantly because they have tight schedule and told me to come later with an appointment, that would be mini one week latter. I would give them 0. My son bought a car which was on the internet for 26,400. They added so many additional fees like $800 for detailing and much more. They overcharged him by $2500. We've asked for clari internet for 26,400. They added so many additional fees like $800 for detailing and much more. They overcharged him by $2500. We've asked for clarification on the chargers. Let's see if they at least have the courtesy of responding. I emphatically do NOT recommend this dealership. More
Absolutely the worst BMW dealership in NJ. After negotiating and agreeing on final price on used car, they went to draft the contract and suggested that I go out with my daughter and get lunch while negotiating and agreeing on final price on used car, they went to draft the contract and suggested that I go out with my daughter and get lunch while the get paperwork and clean and detail car. Double-checked price with salesperson before getting lunch and he again confirmed final price. 3 hours later, they added $2,600 more for additional charges over car price, taxes and DMV fees, They were hoping that my daughter would tell me to buy the car for the additional charges, since the car was for her. They wanted to renegotiate after agreeing on price, thus wasting my whole Saturday. Walked out. Go To Flemington or Bridgewater for your BMW. These people are con-men. While I gave them one star, the truth is they deserve zero stars. They added $1,500 for dealer prep, $399 window etching, and $700 for clerical after agreeing to waive these arbitrary fees. These are "fluff" charges. $1,500 for washing and vacuuming a used car? More
