I waited a couple of days didn't hear back from him gave the sales person a call and ask if he found out the price for the car yet he said not yet sorry he was very busy at the moment and would let me know asap ...I Waited a couple of days one was new years day so know they were not open gave a call on Thursday to sale person and said I'm still waiting can i please get the price I was told sorry the car has been sold I didn't understade I was going to buy the car was waiting on you about the warranty they had me sitting around for over a week like a idiot.. don't know if this was a bait and switch but I would recommend going shopping and spending your money with a dealer that actually cares I SHOULD OF LOOKED A THE Reviews first before wasted my time at the place MY RATING IS 0 DONT believe in gettin the person in trouble its should be the dealers fault for not paying attention at the reviews and not trying to do better . Bought a m3 cash 115k and they gave me the full run around because the sales rep was worried about how she's going to get her commission so I never got to pick the car up. After a week I decided I want a full refund and the sales manager hung up on me and they are deleting my reviews on Google because they don't have an answer. BMW of USA is now handling the situation. The only thing in this whole situation that was timely was the deduction of 115k from my bank account. More

This is not an honest honorable dealership. BMW's are great cars and buyers deserve better. I was blatantly lied to and it seems like I am just one of many. I love my BMW's and have been buying BMW's here for 10 yrs. However, this is my last car from this dealership. In short, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Everyime I walked in, it was like my first time, and I had appointments! The last time was to pick up my new plates. My temporary registration expired and I was never contacted. Then I go I to get my plates, after calling ahead and again, no one knows me. They can't find the plates and at first tell me they're not in. This is after I called, looking for my new plates and was told they're in. Again, no one was prepared or seemed to know anything about me, my plates or my car. After another 20 min wait, a guy shows up with the plates. He offered to put them on, but already aggravated, I said I'll put them on myself. They didn't leave any of my screws on the car and now I have to go buy license plate screws. All this for over $1,000 in fees just to buy my leased vehicle. Plenty of other places to buy BMW's, but this isn't one of them. More
