This is a corporate-run dealership (Open Road) and it feels like it. All dealerships are numbers based, but the good ones try not to look like it, and they show that they value relationships. This is not feels like it. All dealerships are numbers based, but the good ones try not to look like it, and they show that they value relationships. This is not one of those dealerships. First, the place needs fixing up; it looks and feels outdated. A number of the bollard lights were broken out front. One or two of them laying on the ground with exposed wire...odd to say the least for a German luxury brand dealership. I leased a car here before, the experience was okay. But there are BMW dealers in the area that will definitely provide a better experience. They wouldn't budge off of MSRP on an M car, which in some markets I get. But there are other dealers that will negotiate. You may have a different experience, things change. Salesman was definitely nice and friendly, but all in all buying a BMW should feel like a premium experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More
Great deal all down the drain because of a nasty interaction from the Sales Manager, Omar. I had seen a car online and had talked to Marc over the phone about the car. I made it clear I was speci interaction from the Sales Manager, Omar. I had seen a car online and had talked to Marc over the phone about the car. I made it clear I was specifically shopping for a car for a family member and would be flying in from Vegas specifically for this. Coming in after a long red eye flight, Marc the Sales Manager greeted me and my family well with open arms. They had the car all ready to go. We were then referred to Max, one of the sales reps, who was also very nice and patient. Nothing of note during the test drive, but my relative was not exactly feeling the car. We go around, test drive other models in their lot. Again, we couldn't be more appreciative of Max and Marc through out the process since my relative wanted to be as educated as possible before making a decision. A car is finally decided on by 2p thereabouts. A credit app was filled and pulled, and Max had notified us it would be some time to get the car ready to be delivered and the paperwork to be printed and signed. A great time to grab some food and recharge. By the time we come back, it's about 315p and time to call insurance, except the insurance company my relative deals with closes by 3p. Not great, but outside of our control. By 5p, we had exhausted all options to pick up the car since insurance couldn't be bound on the car. Marc had then sat us down with the paperwork. Going over the aforementioned deal and the numbers agreed upon, going over the financing numbers, and honestly being quite patient. My relatives then go into the finance office to again go over the numbers and the agreement. The finance manager understood my relatives concern of not signing until delivery of the car, he even went as far as assuring all the paperwork will still be there on Monday (since this deal is being done on Sat 2/28/25) and no deposit is necessary since credit was already pulled and filed with BMW Financial. All is well, we are about to leave, a bit disappointed we could not leave with the car, but we know we would have it shortly after the weekend. Just when we were about to leave and talking to Marc, big honcho comes by, I believe by the name of Omar. 540p mind you, 20 minutes before the dealership closes. He overhears my relatives and hears there is no deposit being made to "hold" the car. We made it very clear we would be back to Marc, Max and the finance manager by the next business day, Monday. He explains it is his policy to have a deposit made or else no deal. This is the FIRST of 6 times I have ever heard of this within the Open Road group (we purchased and referred quite a few people). I would understand a deposit if there is no guaranteed commitment such as somebody saying they like the price and "will be back," totally understandable. In our situation, a HARD CREDIT pull was made, numbers agreed upon, insurance policy in process, everything to show commitment to purchase the car. My relatives offered a $500 deposit to "hold" the car, and they were scoffed at. The manager said it must be AT LEAST 10% to make it worth his while and even blaming us for taking up Max's whole day entertaining us. Never have I ever been blamed to take up a sales reps time to DO THEIR JOB. Max frankly didn't seem to mind to take the time, even Marc didn't mind to make sure we were comfortable and not pressured, so I'm not too certain why that would be placed against us when all we want to do is go home and come back the following business day to pick up the car. The worst part was this manager was so disrespectful, he didn't only disrespect us, basically saying we are not trustworthy in coming back to sign and close the deal, but he disrespected Marc as well! Marc saw the conversation was escalating, and before he could even speak to deescalate and explain, this sales manager pointed his finger at him and said, "No Marc you do not speak for me!" Sir, I honestly feel bad for you if you feel like you "own" the dealership and can More
