BMW of Morristown did not honor the deal that I built on their website. Their website (at the time) used Kelley Blue Book to value my trade, but told me on the phone that they no longer use Kelley Blue Boo their website. Additionally, they will not accept Auto Drafts from a credit union because of issues with "writing out the legal amount" on the check. (I'm 62 years old - I KNOW HOW TO WRITE A CHECK!) This is a tactic to get a customer to use banks of their choosing (at a higher interest rate). Charging a $899 "reconditioning fee" for a car that is still under warranty was also ridiculous! (If there's any mechanical issues, they would be covered under the remaining bumper-to-bumper warranty, and my own detailer would charge $126 for an exterior and interior detailer that would have been BETTER than the condition of this vehicle). Finally, the first person I talked to from the dealership (whose name will not be mentioned) didn't know how to "use his voice" when speaking to me, and was very demeaning and condescending. (Fortunately, the 2nd person I spoke to was better.) Even with the horrible experience at the dealership, I really wanted this car (and they probably knew it). (I went to adifferent dealership for a similar car. That dealership misadvertised the vehicle as a non-smoker car, but it smelled like a cigar bar!) BMW may be the "Ultimate Driving Machine", but I would STRONGLY consider a different dealership! More
Morristown BMW Service is deceitful and dishonest. Love BMW, just use Roxbury or another dealer for purchasing/servicing. Transparency matters! We have a long history of BMW purchases, this dealership has been by far the WORST experience. More
Other dealerships were not helping me out, and i found BMW of Morristown through YouTube videos, they have a channel with great videos/information (check it out!) -- i had commented on a video and actuall BMW of Morristown through YouTube videos, they have a channel with great videos/information (check it out!) -- i had commented on a video and actually received replies, and started talking to someone. I called the dealership to figure out who was being so helpful, and I was told his name was Ronnie. Ronnie and I corresponded for weeks with questions of mine, and the entire time and to this day, he's always been helpful and patient and caring. Once I was ready to buy the car, and had decided on a model that was best for me, we got in touch with Joe S, who was also very helpful and polite through the whole experience. Both these guys are willing to help and be patient and i appreciate both of them, and can even consider them both my friends. Once we were doing paperwork, Rich who dealt with financing, was also helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. I was buying from out of state, and traveled 8 hours to buy from this dealership, because Ronnie left such a good impression. After receiving the ordered vehicle, I went back to them for service, and Vincent in service was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I'm sure there's other people who may be good (or maybe bad) but in my experience, with everyone I dealt with, they were amazing and I'm very happy to have went to BMW of Morristown! Thank you all! Switched to this dealership for service of our two BMWs because they have plenty of available loaners and don't have to wait. One of their service advisors was honest and that also contributed to us switch because they have plenty of available loaners and don't have to wait. One of their service advisors was honest and that also contributed to us switching to this dealer but the rest of them are just trained to rip you off. Ironically they might even forget the minor thing you went there for and you walk out with 1-2,000 worth of not necessary work, flush this, flush that, etc. and they forgot to do the minor necessary work... Avoid at all costs. Try other dealers in the area that are far more honest than these crooks. More

Coming off of two horrible dealer experiences i was shell shocked but forged ahead to Morristown BMW. I called ahead and spoke to Enrique Rios and Giuseppe Pugliese the sales manager and pretty much came to shocked but forged ahead to Morristown BMW. I called ahead and spoke to Enrique Rios and Giuseppe Pugliese the sales manager and pretty much came to a deal on the phone. The one wildcard was the trade value of my car and Giuseppe gave me a quote and his word that he would stick to it as long as it was in its stated condition. I was a bit apprehensive as I had just dealt with another dealer (Prestige Toyota) who said the same thing but offered $6k less. Fast forward - he stuck to his word and i closed the deal with Enrique - it couldn't have gone smoother. Enrique and Giuseppe are two stand-up guys and I highly recommend you ask for Enrique if you are looking for a used car at that dealership. Oh and Ray the finance guy is also a good dude. More
