My experience with the dealship was good but my dealings with Dean O'Hare prior to the purchase was outstanding. All of our communication prior to the purchase was via email and I was fully expecting to get with Dean O'Hare prior to the purchase was outstanding. However the deal he laid out for me in our many communications was the deal I received no gimmicks, no games, no last minute hidden changes or charges. The overall experience was simply outstanding! I have leased 4-5 BWMs from Morristown BMW. They have always been easy to communicate with, they know the cars, their service, however little is needed, has been great, they are always cooperative and fr always been easy to communicate with, they know the cars, their service, however little is needed, has been great, they are always cooperative and friendly, and their facility is state of the art. They give you good information as to what service is being done. On the lease exchange/lease agreement side, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Brian DesRosiers, who I have leased multiple cars with, is a top professional who knows the cars, and is a total straight-shooter to deal with. He has great credibility and goes out of his way to help you make choices, and he follows thru from beginning to end when you get your car. He spent a lot of time wiht us going thru all the updated electronics, and is always available for questions that arise after that. What a terrific representative for Morristown BMW! Not only that, I referred a good friend who was interested in buying my previous car after it came off lease, and he extended the same kind of courtesies and service to him, made the sale, and my friend (Barry Wiegmann)is absolutely thrilled with the car and how he was treated. So in sum, Morristown BWM, and Brian DesRosiers, are all A-PLUS with me, and I look forward to coming back for service, and hopefully to keep leasing/buying more BMWs. More

"Let's see..would I rather own a new Toyota, or a used BMW?" I asked myself. With no premeditation, I turned into the lot and began looking at 2008 and 2009 convertibles. I am no the proud owner of a 3-series convjertible hardtop, absolutely the most georgeous and fun car I have ever owned in my life. My salesman even drove to my house to let me see if my dog crate fit in the back seat; I have two miniature daschund puppies. He brought the crate out and set it in the back seat for me. We just took our first road trip this weekend, and their ears were flapping the in breeze. My commute is now a recreatinal experience. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, helpful, informative, responsive. I feel I could ask them anything and they would do whatever they could to help. After I had driven the car for less than two weeks, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I had fortunately purchased the tire and wheel protection plan, and my tire was replaced, no questions asked,and the car was washed when I picked it up--so far, life as a BMW owner is great. More
Angelo did a nice job selling me my car. The car rides beautifully. On the occasion when I needed help, Lorraine intervened and made everything satisfactory. I recently leased my 3rd BMW since 2004 from Morristown BMW this past weekend. 2010 X5. Before reaching out to Morristown, I had visited the dealer who I had lease my X3 to explore options for next vehicle BMW this past weekend. 2010 X5. Before reaching out to Morristown, I had visited the dealer who I had lease my X3 to explore options for next vehicle. I was very unhappy. They offered me a X5 with about 4k less in options than Morristown for a price that I was forced to believe was the best price. After doing a little research online, I came across Morristown who had a wider variety in color and more options for a much better price. I spoke with a manager over the phone who faxed me a inventory checklist of the vehicle including the numbers. The following weekend I went to see the vehicle and the manager honored the pricing he agreed to on the phone. I must say that Morristown was by far the best of the other 2 BMW dealers I had done business with. I highly recommend Morristown and look forward to doing business with them again in the next 3 years. Also, my Client Sales Advisor was very honest and knowledgable. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Morristown BMW a 20! More

I've been leasing BMW's since the 80's; 2 at a time for the normal 3 year period amd the people with this dealer are, by far, the most knowledgeable, loyal and helpful BMW's since the 80's; 2 at a time for the normal 3 year period amd the people with this dealer are, by far, the most knowledgeable, loyal and helpful that I've had the pleasure to deal with this past 30 years. Due to the very late hour of the closing on the current vehicle, the salesman actually drove me (with the new car) for over an hour each way, to exchange my old BMW for the new. This is above and beyond the duty of any salesman. I'm very proud to be a continuing BMW customer because of this type of commitment from everyone I met at this dealer. More
