All I have to say is "First In Class Service." True professionals that go above and beyond to take care of the customer, particularly in Service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a B True professionals that go above and beyond to take care of the customer, particularly in Service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a BMW dealership in New Jersey to buy or service their vehicle. You will not find better service anywhere else and I have owned quite a few cars before coming here. Over the last year I purchased two vehicles from them (traded the first one in for a larger vehicle and they were more than fair on the trade in price given the vehicle had a minor issue with the service engine light staying on). Before selling me the second vehicle, which was an X3, they went above and beyond to make sure the car was prepped for sale/delivery from a maintenance inspection standpoint correcting even the minor things and free of charge!!! So a special thanks to all of the folks in the Service Department for helping me with both of my vehicles! You all have been great to work with and I really appreciate the service. Couldn't be happier with my overall experience! Look forward to future visits! More

traded in 2009 bmw for a 2011 on the 2009 i had gap insurence,tire & rim protection, & key replacement coverages-they told me i had to re-purchase the coverages for the 2011 bmw & that they will cancea insurence,tire & rim protection, & key replacement coverages-they told me i had to re-purchase the coverages for the 2011 bmw & that they will canceal the coverages on the 2009 & i would be refunded for the portions of the coverages that remained on the 2009.Big joke!They failed to canceal the coverages on the 2009-i ended up submitting all the paperwork for the coverages to be cancealled.I purchased the 2011 in september 2010 ,now we're at the end of january 2011 & i still haven't been refunded!We're talking around a $1,500.00 refund!Everytime I call there all I get is voice mails to leave a message (i leave messages)but nobody ever calls back.They are very nice when you're in the process to purchase-but once you purchase they could care less about you, it's the xxxx with you-if you have a problem after purchase your on your own they won't even take your call.I would expect this from some side road dealership-not a bmw dealership especally giving the amount of money you spend for these cars.If you're gonna go to a bmw dealership this is the one you stay away from.They will not be with you every step of the way! My wife and I bought a new BMW in September of 2010 and had a horrible experience with a totally incompetent staff. The moment we said we would buy the car everything that could go wrong could went wrong a had a horrible experience with a totally incompetent staff. The moment we said we would buy the car everything that could go wrong could went wrong and things that couldn't go wrong went wrong. First, the car we bought had already been sold so we waited for another car to be delivered from another dealership. We were told that it would only take a half an hour so we waited. Two hours later the car showed up and the driver told us that he left his cell phone in the car. We had to help him try to find it. He apparently never had it with him so he left without telling us that and we continued to tear the car apart looking for it. We did not receive the 2nd key to that car and it took 2 and 1/2 months to get a replacement because the sales manager did not approve the expenditure because he was waiting for the 2nd key to come from the other dealer. We requested new license plates rather than transfer our old plates from our trade in. This dealership is proud that they have their own DMV on premise so we were told that they would take care of everything. A little over a month later, because we were driving with an expired temporary sticker, my wife went back to the dealer to get a letter from them explaining the situation in case she got stopped with the expired temp sticker. A month later the plates finally showed up. We had paid for new plates and a duplicate registration. New plates come with a 5 year registration. Our registration was only good for 4 months and we never received the duplicate. I then received a call that the duplicate and corrected registration was at the dealership. I went there and found that there was no registration but there was another set of license plates. The sales manager took the second set of plates and told me that he would straighten things out. Nothing was straightened out and I called several times over the course of a month and never got return calls. My biggest fear is that the is a set of plates registered to us and they were given to someone else because we were finally told that they couldn't tell us what happened to the second set of plates. I checked with the New Jersey DMV in Randolph and was told that I would have to go to Wayne New Jersey to find out if there was a second set of plates registered to us. I have not yet done that because I would have to take additional time away from work to clean up this dealership's mess. The salesman told us he would fix the situation with the 4 month registration and get us the 5 year registration that we paid for. Our 4 month registration is about to expire and we still have not received the corrected one or the duplicate. I just called again and was told that the dealership will give us a check to refund us what we paid for the registration and we will have to renew it ourselves. We got no apology and a lot of attitude from both the salesman and his manager. I have been buying new cars since 1963 and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. If you want a BMW....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY IT!!!!!!! More
I have bought or leased over 20 vehicles since 1975, including BMW, Honda, Audi, Acura, Infiniti and Lexus. Most dealers and sales reps were good, some very good, but few were as "exceptional," as BMW M including BMW, Honda, Audi, Acura, Infiniti and Lexus. Most dealers and sales reps were good, some very good, but few were as "exceptional," as BMW Morristown. My Sales Advisor Michele Clarke is the best in the business, and the main reason for my returning to her dealership for a third second and third BMW after my prior leases expired. Michele stayed in touch during the entire three-year lease period, keeping me informed about product developments, design changes, special deals and general news about the BMW brand. Ryan McGowan in Finance was extremely efficient and forthright. Servicing the vehicle at BMW Morristown's massive facility is swift and painless, no long waits, and the car is returned when promised, with all the work done. This is a professionally run operation across all departments, and, the most important observation that I could make is, while there, always feeling that the owners, managers and sales force have the best interest of the client as the first paragraph in their "Mission Statement." I would highly recommend BMW of Morristown to any auto shopper looking to reclaim the glory days when "Customer Service" was NOT an oxymoron. More
IVE LEASED CARS FROM MORRISTOWN FOR A WHILE NOW. I HAVE ALWAYS TRUSTED THEM TO GIVE ME A FAIR PRICE AND I APPRECIATE BEING REMEMBERED WHEN I COME IN FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE I ALWAYS TRUSTED THEM TO GIVE ME A FAIR PRICE AND I APPRECIATE BEING REMEMBERED WHEN I COME IN FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN BOTH THE SALES AND SERVICE DEPARTMENTS. THEY NEVER PRESSURE ME ABOUT BUYING OR EXTRA PACKAGES OR GETTING WORK THAT I DONT NEED DONE. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BE ACCOMMODATING AND I ALWAYS FEEL COMFORTABLE WHILE IM THERE. NO OTHER DEALERSHIP IVE BEEN TO HAS EVEN COMPARED LET ALONE BEEN BETTER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHOS LOOKING TO GET A BMW OR FOR REPAIRS. More

I purchased a Certified Pre owned 2006 BMW 330XI. IT was well equipped and the price was good. The sales experience was very good. My salesperson was very knowledgeable of the car. I was able to take it on well equipped and the price was good. The sales experience was very good. My salesperson was very knowledgeable of the car. I was able to take it on a very extended test drive over 30 miles. I only have two complaints. The car was still in transport mode which meant that the engine cut off at 4,500 RPMs which almost got me into an accident. They found the problem and fixed it. My other problem was that it only came with only one key and it took nearly two months and numerous calls to receive the 2nd key. I'm very happy with the car and would buy another their. More
