Best possible experience when buying a car. Our salesman Eric was respectful, friendly, and not pushy. He went above and beyond in every aspect possible. He actually made sure certain things on the car were taken care of that I didn't even know about! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Also the finance manager put together a finance plan that was a lower monthly payment then I expected. I can't say it enough everyone that I had interacted with there did everything possible to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. This dealership represents everything you expect and hope to get when purchasing a BMW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
I bought a used car and they have not registered the car or more importantly not updated me on the status for two months........I left my e-pass in the car and asked them to mail it back to me....its been t or more importantly not updated me on the status for two months........I left my e-pass in the car and asked them to mail it back to me....its been two months and no e-zpass...i live 500 miles away..........They have some real issues with the Used car department...my sales person was angel......which i would NOT reccomend More
Shaun and Max treated my wife and I with respect and dignity throughout our deal. They were truly professional throughout our deal. My experience with Shaun and Max was purely honest, up-front, no xx. I highly recommend you pay Shaun and Max a visit if you are looking for a nice BMW. As for the car we bought, it is AWESOME. More
Bought a CPO 750i in December 2011, brought it in in February 2012 because a light came on, was advised that I need to change two rear tires. I was in shock that I had to do this after only two months, February 2012 because a light came on, was advised that I need to change two rear tires. I was in shock that I had to do this after only two months, but reluctantly agreed. When they changed the tires they failed to diagnose an alignment problem causing me to have to replace brand new tires again in May at $500 each and two cracked wheel wells at $275 a piece. Would not trust them with my safety, could have cost me my life but they didnt care, denied that it was thier mistake. Fool me once shame on you foolme twice shame on me. Will go to another dealership for service. I dont mind paying, but I do mind them not owning up to thier errors. More
This is the fourth car that I have leased from BMW Morristown, and have had a ten year relationship with them. Brian has always been the sales associate with whom I have dealt. To date, all of my interaction with this dealership has been a positive one. Service has been courteous and timely. I have taken advantage of a loaner car when needed. The employees, salesmen to service agents, have always been polite and interested in taking care of the customer, wanting their complete satisfaction. There is ALWAYS a follow up call to the customer inquiring about their experience with BMW Morristown. They ask if there is anything that they could have possibly done better. My feeling is that they extend themselves far beyond the "deal", and try to develop a long term relationship with their client. Of course it goes without saying that the product has to be worthy of a person's repeat purchases or leasing. I have had a Z4, X3, 128, and now a 328i. Two of my cars were stick shifts, and two automatics, each offering a different experience and ride! I have not had any problems with any of my cars except to say that the Z4 and the 1 series were not good cars to take out in extreme snow or ice. I did anyway, and I made it to my destination, but not easily! Finally, I would like to commend this dealership for their thoughtful, routine changing of my wiper blades without me asking or complaining about them....they wash my car after each service call and put down protective mats to keep the carpet clean. The facility is beautiful and new, showing off a gorgeous product! I'll be back! More

The salesperson was accommodating in terms of the numerous emails I initially sent about the price and ultimately gave us the second best price amongst dealers we inquired with. He was also accommodating with the back and forth at the purchase about the color and option we decided to go with. On the flip side the delivery was a poor experience. The salesperson was busy with other customers so we sat there for quite a while until we finally able to drive the car away. The Finance Manager tried to pull a fast one by giving us a higher loan than it was supposed to be by not properly incorporating the proper down payment check we gave. I initially asked him why the number didn't match and he explained that it was sometimes different. That didn't make any sense to me as I handle mortgage loan documents for a living so I carefully re-inspected the numbers and realized the final loan amount did not properly reflect the total downpayment we had brought to the delivery. If I had not double checked it I have no doubt we would have ended up just paying an extra $1000.00 for the vehicle. I don't know for sure if it was just carelessness on his part or a purposeful attempt to defraud us, but either way it left a bad taste in our mouth. If it was carelessness then I find that quite scary that the finance manager does not look at the actual bank check brought to delivery and subtract that from the final purchase cost before drafting the documents up. If you are looking for a good price, at this dealer is near you - you could do worse I'm sure but just be careful along the way. More
