I WENT THERE TO PURCHASE A CAR AND THE SALESMAN SHOULD ME DIFFERENT CARS TOLD HIM I WANTED TO STAY IN A PRICE RANGE HE THEN SAID HE WOULD CALL ME CALLED ME ONCE BUT SAID HE CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES..THEN WHEN DIFFERENT CARS TOLD HIM I WANTED TO STAY IN A PRICE RANGE HE THEN SAID HE WOULD CALL ME CALLED ME ONCE BUT SAID HE CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES..THEN WHEN I DID TALK TO HIM HE WAS VERY NASTY NOT LETTING ME SPEAK TOLD ME ALL THE CARS WERE GONE I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE ONE I TEST DROVE MEAN WHILE WHILE I TEST DROVE A CAR HE OFFERED ME TO WORK THERE PAYING ME 50 DOLLARS TO DRIVE PEOPLE AROUND???? AND THEN CALLED ME AND SAID HE HAD A CAR WITH NO SUNROOF ETC FOR A PRICE THAT DIDNT EVEN MAKE SENSE SO I CALLED UP AND ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT SALES PERSON THEY SAID THE CAR WAS NOT THERE??? SO I THEN CALLED BACK TO TALK TO THE SALES PERSON I WAS DEALING WITH AND HE STARTED BEING NASTY AGAIN WITH ME WHILE MY FIANCE HEARD EVERYTHING TOOK THE PHONE AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE PRICE HE WAS GIVING ME WAS NOT A DEAL THEY ADDED AN EXTRA 1000 DOLLARS ON !!!! SO THE SALESMAN HUNG UP ON US??? I THEN CALLED BACK TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGER WHO EVEN WAS WORSE HE WAS BEING SARCASTIC AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went into this location looking for a certified pre owned BMW all sales associates were very friendly, however the vehicles were all over priced according to Kelly blue book. The sales man we had worked with over promised and under delivered. I put down a deposit and down payment and was told I would be getting a phone call Monday morning with an update on the progress from the bank loan. Monday came and went and I received no phone calls. I called Tuesday morning to follow up with Dave, I called 5 times before I got a hold of him, I left two voice-mails and still did not receive a call back. Finally at the end of the day He calls me back seeming very annoyed, he told me to "be patient" and he will call me the next day with updates. Once again I never received a call, I felt very unimportant and rushed. After 5 days I call him back disgruntled at this point with his quality of service requesting my refund. I have worked in customer service for7 years and never have I seen such terrible service, especially with a high ticket item. I would not recommend this location to any prospecting clients. You can find a better dealership! More
This is the second bmw and never going back to bmw again. i bought a 2007 335i with the certified pre-owned warranty. besides getting ripped off on the car i took it in once to bmw of morristown as they told i bought a 2007 335i with the certified pre-owned warranty. besides getting ripped off on the car i took it in once to bmw of morristown as they told me the headlight motor was bad but is covered under warranty. after wasting a whole day and several hours in traffic i come to find that nothing was even fixed, they just stated it was in paper. i drive it home and later on that weekend one of my headlight is filled with water! they deny everything and even step so low to even tell me my advisor i was dealing with no longer works there so i can't really get the side of his story of what he told me or them. so i bring it back for the same issue but this time they tell me i have to pay over $2000 because my headlights have water in them now and it's going to be more work!!!! i didn't have my car for a whole week and still after contacting bmw north america about this stealership they refuse to help me and don't help me.....i end up picking up my car with several hours of time wasted on a he said, she said type basis. i have never expierenced such horrible customer service in my entire life until i have dealt with bmw of morristown and than bmw of north america please read all the other reviews from people just like me that fall for these scams of bmw stealing everyone's money for their own technican's mistakes! stay away! i will never be buying a car from bmw again, the most shadyiest manafactuar i have ever dealt with More

In dealing with him, he was very helpful and honest about specifications of the car I wanted. He was sincere in his communications and sent me accurate information (which I double checked!). I purchased a BMW from this dealership and my salesman, Angelo, turned out to be a straight out liar. He sold me an extended warranty for $1,800 which was nothing at all like we discussed. What I paid for was a service contract for oil changes and routine maintenance. This is disturbing to me because this dealership refused to perform routine service on my brand new 535xi when the service light appeared on my dashboard a week after I purchased the car new. Two weeks later, I found out that they sold me my car with a less than minimal amount of oil in it. I certainly did not want to extend such pathetic service. It also took me 1 1/2 years for this dealership to resolve an issue where Angelo sold me a broken bicycle rack for $750 and wouldn't exchange it for a proper one. Stay away from this guy, he is dishonest and doesn't honor his commitments. He'll cheat you. More
