My experience at BMW of Morristown is fantastic. My wife and I were interested in getting a luxury car for my 28-year old birthday gift. We went to BMW of Morristown on Nov 9th to test drive 528. Jason Casi and I were interested in getting a luxury car for my 28-year old birthday gift. We went to BMW of Morristown on Nov 9th to test drive 528. Jason Casimiro was arranged as our client advisor. He spent whole afternoon with us and introduced us all the details and technology of 2014 BMW 528. We were impressed by a lot of features (such as head up display, touchpad for Idrive, fuel economy and its search functions on Idrive). And the Idrive could also display Chinese character from my cellphone’s contact and music album. Although 528 is 4-cylinder engine with only 240 horse power, it very powerful when I changed it to sport mode. Then we were introduced to manager Robert Redcross and he gave us his best price in 10 minutes. Since we didn’t know the real market value for this car at that moment and we also wanted to see other brands such as 2014 MB 350, Audi A6 and Infiniti M37, we finally choose to leave. We came back after 2 weeks. We supposed to go the MB’s dealership to test its E350 but in the last minutes I decided to check out 528 again. Jason went through all the features and technology again and we felt really excited about the car. Price is also very good, we decided to take the car. The whole experience at BMW of Morristown is awesome. I really want to thank Jason and Robert. Robert is a very honest and nice manager. He basically gave us his lowest price at the first time and I think it’s a very competitive price. Jason, I bought the car mainly because of him. I would say he is the best auto client advisor I have ever met in my life. Jason is super knowledgeable about the car and he’s very willing to share me all his knowledge. I learned a lot from him and I think I almost become a semi-professional client advisor of the BMW 5 series now. He is also very patient, even sometimes I asked the same questions 5 times, he explained it clearly and patiently every time. I felt a little bit nervous before this purchasing since it’s my first luxury car. He is the guy who finally convinced me this is the car I need and he will take care of me in the future if I meet any problems. I registered this account just want to say thank you to Jason and share my experience with the people on this board. I highly recommend Jason at BMW of Morristown. And I will try to bring my friends to him in the future. More
I have purchased many cars over the years but I have never met such a helpful and friendly sales consultant : Jesus Valentin. He was so in tune to what I had in mind that he found exactly what I was looking for .Not once did he try to convince me to buy something that wasn't what I needed or really wanted ( which I really liked about him ). The buying expierence from beginning to end went very smoothly as Jesus made me very comfortable through the whole process . The 2011 Honda CR-V is fully loaded,drives beautifully, and is exactly what I wanted. As for the dealership BMW of Morristown- it had a beautiful display of a variety of BMW's which I highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a high class car And If you want a very honest and personable sales consultant Jesus Valentin is your man !!! More

I was negotiating a purchase with Mark Monnano at BMW Morristown. I was set to buy a pre owned 3 series BMW. I had an appointment to meet mark to finalize the sale, unfortunately when I arrived at the dealership Mark had fallen ill and had to go to the hospital. Max redirected me to Angel Perez. From the start Mr. Perez seemed to be bother by my presence, all though there were no other customers in the dealership, it was empty. When I discussed the terms that Mark and I had worked out, Mr. Perez insisted that the price was wrong and he would have to talk to Max. I explained that I had already had a verbal agreement and would wait for Mark, then Mr. Perez agreed to the price I had originally negotiated with Mark. I stated that I had not yet been able to get inside the BMW or drive it. Mr. Perez said it was a bad time for a test drive because of traffic. I asked if I could look inside the car. Mr Perez walked over to where Max Horn was and I heard them talking about me and Max used a derogatory term. When Mr. Perez came back to me he held out the keys and said, "you know where the car is, right?" At that point I told him I was no longer interested and left the dealership. More

My 2000 BMW 325cic broke down, AAA towed it to Morristown. They not only took the car in at 8PM but gave me loaner car to use. The car was finished in 2 days and I'm back in the road. After much research, shopping and speaking with sales "advisors" I leased a 2014 535xi from BMW of Morrist researching vehicles and purchase options. After much research, shopping and speaking with sales "advisors" I leased a 2014 535xi from BMW of Morristown. The reason why: Tony Herrera. His approach was a refreshing change to what I experienced at most stores. He contacted me with options instead of a sales pitch, answered my questions directly instead of with a lot of double talk, was fully transparent with all the numbers he presented and, in short, treated me in a respectful, professional manner. I hope that he's still there in 3 years when it's time for another BMW. More
I was uncertain of the type of SUV I wanted to get and tried out several dealers and several different SUVs. I came to BMW thinking I couldn't afford one, but in the end we made the numbers work. I normally is more of a reader of customer review than a writer, but I know I just need to give Shav and the dealership the credit they deserve. Price: Shav was completely honest with me in terms of price. He respected that I did my homework and hit the showroom at a quarter end for one reason. Unlike some other salesperson with no respect of customer's research, Shav did everything he could and helped me got the deal that I expected. From my own experience, it is so hard to find a salesperson who makes you feel that he/ she is by your side, Shav did it. Options: I flipped my mind a couple times in terms of what color, packages, and models that I was looking for and Shav showed me everything with patience and answered all my questions. Instead of talking me into anything, Shave offered all kinds of options available and knowledge on everything he knows, and waited for me to think it through with no rush. Service: I was in the showroom a couple times and made my decision on a Saturday afternoon 2 hours prior to the close time, The entire crew at the dealership worked overtime, detailed my car, finished the paperwork, went through all the details about the car with me till I drove my new X5 home with a big smile 2 hours after its close time. My experience with Morristown was very satisfying from start to finish. Alan went out of his way to make sure my car is good to go before I go on a 16 hours road trip.
