However, upon reaching home, we realized there was no camera included, although the car did have a full navigation package and a number of other upgraded options. We contacted our salesperson, Mohammad Soheb and unlike the other poster's experience, he arranged for us to return the car and provided us with a replacement vehicle with all features we desired. We found this experience to be very favorable and the salesperson to be very diligent in resolving the issue to our satisfaction. I would definitely consider leasing another vehicle from him. More
Knowledgable and Friendly Dealership I was shopping around for a new car. I visited several dealerships and test drove a dozen cars. I met Mark Neubart at the beginning of this search. He was knowledgable about the vehicles, friendly and patient. I really liked the car and Mark but I had two months left on my lease and my search had just begun. Mark followed up with me but did not pressure or push. I went back to the dealership but Mark was not in. Another salesman, knowing I was there to see Mark, without hesitation, took me for a test drive, answered my questions and passed all the info along to Mark who called me the next morning. Mark worked with me to find the car I wanted, the price I hoped for, picked me up to go to the dealership, walked me through all the workings of the car and even handled all the paperwork with me. I would highly recommend BMW of Morristown and Mark Neubart. More
LEASED US TH WRONG CAR and won't take it back We used BMW of Morristown for the last 9 years and the service was horrible this time...absolutely unacceptable. As we got our last 3 cars from this dealer, we, without looking elsewhere, went back to this dealer. My husband went in on a Tuesday to service our current BMW when Alvin (sales) approached us and said we could turn our car in early and get into a new lease. they spoke a bit and then I got involved and Alvin and I talked about what car we want. I told him " I want a car with EVERYTHING" my current car has. Alvin said he found the perfect car and send me the window sticker via text. I noticed some things were missing, Alvin said these were standard and its all there. Alvin came to our place to drop off the car and have the papers signed. Prior to signing I noticed 2 things were missing. Alvin said he would take care of the first thing (sun shades) tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. The 2nd, was fog lights and he mentioned the new 5 series don't have those anymore. I signed the lease at 8:30pm. the next morning at 7:30am, we called Alvin's cell to let him know the new model does have fog lights. he said he will take care of it. My husband went to the dealer at 9:30 a Wednesday morning and Robert and Alvin proceeded to explain why they couldn't do sunshades, how it was our fault, and a multitude of excuses...we said we wanted to undo the new lease and back into our old car and Dave, Robert and Alvin proceeded to LIE about how the old car was gone, registration was already done, etc.... now they have promised to do AFTER factory tints and fog lights and think this should be ok. we left the dealer at 5:30pm!!!!!! we were there form 9:30am to 5:30pm and Robert and Alvin were rude, lying and absolutely unwilling to own up to Alvin's mess up and right it for a longtime customer. Robert actually said that if it goes to litigation, then it goes to litigation, but we will not let you out of this lease. What kind of company has this mentality???? We were still willing ot lease, just wanted the right car!!!! but now, who want to be a customer of theirs??? I spoke with BMW corporate and Paul miller BMW and no one could believe that a Dealership and Sales Manager would act this way! The GM (alexander Paul), was not around, but I have emailed him. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! More

The experience was excellent. They take the extra step not make a customer happy. Shravan was very helpful and made sure that he went over and beyond what needed to be done to get my business. This is the second time doing business with him, and he takes care of his customers and make sure to provide excellent customer service. They are easy to communicate with and are always very responsive. I have recommended several friends who were as satisfied. I picked up my 2014 X5 and I think I couldn't have gotten a better deal or better service. This is my sixth experience with BMW Sales and by far one of the best experiences. More
My experience at BMW of Morristown is fantastic. My wife and I were interested in getting a luxury car for my 28-year old birthday gift. We went to BMW of Morristown on Nov 9th to test drive 528. Jason Casi and I were interested in getting a luxury car for my 28-year old birthday gift. We went to BMW of Morristown on Nov 9th to test drive 528. Jason Casimiro was arranged as our client advisor. He spent whole afternoon with us and introduced us all the details and technology of 2014 BMW 528. We were impressed by a lot of features (such as head up display, touchpad for Idrive, fuel economy and its search functions on Idrive). And the Idrive could also display Chinese character from my cellphone’s contact and music album. Although 528 is 4-cylinder engine with only 240 horse power, it very powerful when I changed it to sport mode. Then we were introduced to manager Robert Redcross and he gave us his best price in 10 minutes. Since we didn’t know the real market value for this car at that moment and we also wanted to see other brands such as 2014 MB 350, Audi A6 and Infiniti M37, we finally choose to leave. We came back after 2 weeks. We supposed to go the MB’s dealership to test its E350 but in the last minutes I decided to check out 528 again. Jason went through all the features and technology again and we felt really excited about the car. Price is also very good, we decided to take the car. The whole experience at BMW of Morristown is awesome. I really want to thank Jason and Robert. Robert is a very honest and nice manager. He basically gave us his lowest price at the first time and I think it’s a very competitive price. Jason, I bought the car mainly because of him. I would say he is the best auto client advisor I have ever met in my life. Jason is super knowledgeable about the car and he’s very willing to share me all his knowledge. I learned a lot from him and I think I almost become a semi-professional client advisor of the BMW 5 series now. He is also very patient, even sometimes I asked the same questions 5 times, he explained it clearly and patiently every time. I felt a little bit nervous before this purchasing since it’s my first luxury car. He is the guy who finally convinced me this is the car I need and he will take care of me in the future if I meet any problems. I registered this account just want to say thank you to Jason and share my experience with the people on this board. I highly recommend Jason at BMW of Morristown. And I will try to bring my friends to him in the future. More
I have purchased many cars over the years but I have never met such a helpful and friendly sales consultant : Jesus Valentin. He was so in tune to what I had in mind that he found exactly what I was looking for .Not once did he try to convince me to buy something that wasn't what I needed or really wanted ( which I really liked about him ). The buying expierence from beginning to end went very smoothly as Jesus made me very comfortable through the whole process . The 2011 Honda CR-V is fully loaded,drives beautifully, and is exactly what I wanted. As for the dealership BMW of Morristown- it had a beautiful display of a variety of BMW's which I highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a high class car And If you want a very honest and personable sales consultant Jesus Valentin is your man !!! More
