Shravan was very nice and patient, tookme for a test drive, sat down with me and picked the right car for me. He was very genuine and straightforward. No tricks no games. He made the shopping experience extremely pleasant and I got a very good deal on a nice 328xi. I felt like he is not selling the car to make profit, but sell the car for me to enjoy. He explained the contract carefully and explained the features of the car. He especially pointed out how to use the wiper since it was gonna rain the next day! I really appreciate it. After I got the car, Shravan followed up with me to address any questions I had. I recommend whoever shops for a BMW go to see Shravan! More

TERRIBLE & HORRIBLE Took delivery of our very expensive BMW M6 with all sorts of damage promised they would fix the ten (10) scratches on the car then was told that they Took delivery of our very expensive BMW M6 with all sorts of damage promised they would fix the ten (10) scratches on the car then was told that they were to deep and would need to repaint those areas on a brand new car! Later that week I told them that an auto body shop said they could repair this problem on my brand new M6 without having to paint the car so I had the work done and was promised after I shelled out the funds for the repair that they would refund the cost after many weeks I have been given the run around and never got reimbursed and am unable to get anyone on the phone to resolve this matter. This is one of worst Dealers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with will never ever go there again. Take heed if you do they just do not care! More

I was inquiring about lease options and wanted to know what promotions were being offered. Since, then I have left messges/ called him numerous amount of times (now June 10th) and he still hasn’t retuned any of my calls. What kind of customer centricity is this! (Still waiting to hear back from him!!) Best of luck to anyone who does purchase a car from the BMW Morristown, maybe he will return your messages and phone calls!! More

She explained to me the advantages of purchasing from Morristown BMW dealership. After that my decision was a no brainier. I leased my first car from the BMW of Bloomfield and Larry always remained in contact throughout the three years of my lease which indeed shows wonderful customer service. When it was time for me to lease again, I of course, went back to Larry, now at the BMW of Morristown. Although this dealership is further than other BMW dealerships in my area, I knew Larry would take care of me. He knew what I wanted and presented me with all the options to make my decision that much satisfying. From the time I walked in the door, until the delivery of the car, I was treated with respect, knowledge, and a friendly relaxing experience. Terrible Service I brought my car in for service in the beginning of November and got it back in the beginning of December. Literally one of the worst experiences I've I brought my car in for service in the beginning of November and got it back in the beginning of December. Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They barely diagnose problems, the service department loves to say "It's Normal" or "Cannot duplicate"... oh how they live for those words. The service advisors are a complete joke. They absolutely do not call you. One of the service advisors named Danielle talked to me and told me she would call me back in a bit, 3 hours after not hearing anything I decided to call her and of course she went home. One of the other service advisors named Katie is the same way. "I'll call you later today with an update" translates to "don't expect a call from me." Heck, even the managers don't call people back, it must be something everyone there lives by. Katie never knows whats going on. If I ask a question about the repair she'll leave a note for the technician and never follow up with me on what I asked. In fact, today she put me on hold, or at least she thought so, and I clearly heard her say that "I was saying 10 different things and didn't know what I was talking about," then she must have realized then hung up. The repairs in general take a long time. I had many cosmetic repairs and it still took a full month for me to receive my car. When the car was finally done, I drove around the parking lot just to hear that my car was making the same sound that I had already personally showed the technician (David Mendez). Literally all the time that I spent driving with him to show him the sound meant nothing as he claimed he "could not duplicate" the sound after I had already duplicated it for him. And of course, my car had to be left at the shop again, and that repair was completed in one whole week. I also had recall work done by these guys in my taillights. When I looked over the work, all the wires from the taillights were freely hanging, not even taped up, but FREELY HANGING! Is this why I take my car to the dealer?? As a response, the manager gave me a free detail and Katie was completely clueless about what was included in this detail. I ended up never using the detail because I didn't want their valet drivers taking a dirty towel to my car and leaving soap all over my car for it to be baked by the sun. And YES, this did occur to me. Needless to say I've had it with this unprofessional dealer. The only thing the service department is good at is giving me quotes for anything that isn't covered under warranty so I have to pay their ridiculous labor rates (highest in the area) and part prices. Save yourself the trouble and don't come here. Completely unprofessional staff all around. More

There was no pressure, the pricing was transparent, the negotiations quite friendly, and the ultimate price was fair to the dealership and to me. Our salesperson Alvin Monroy not only knew the cars we were trading, but also was very well versed in the BMW line and his inventory. I highly recommend the dealership, and Alvin as well. The used car manager, Gary, was pleasant and easy to deal with. In fact, he is the first used car manager I've ever met who was NOT sour and bordering on rude! It was a pleasure dealing with both of these gentlemen. UPDATE: A few days after the sale, I emailed Alvin with a question during the evening. I was expecting to hear from him the next business day. He answered me ON SUNDAY NIGHT with valuable information I needed. This is customer service on an extraordinary level. More
