This dealership is way over-rated! I would give a zero star if I could. There were 2 major snow storms last month (January) with freezing temperatures and both times my X1 2023 mod I would give a zero star if I could. There were 2 major snow storms last month (January) with freezing temperatures and both times my X1 2023 model could not be unlocked remotely with the frozen snow on the body. I called and texted Amie Marshall to schedule for pick up for next snow storm. I was shocked that she tried to argue that every car would have the same unlock issues with snow and freezing temperatures, incredible! My old and cheaper brand cars in the past never had this issue under -0 degrees! I also spoke to her manager Ryan. They both understood what they were taking my car in for. We had 3 inches snow and freezing temperatures last night and I knew this condition would definitely create the unlock problem. I received a video this morning showing a technician walking towards my clean car (cleared of snow) and 'happily' saying it could be unlocked! They were making a full joke out of the situation! I believe it could not be unlocked with the frozen snow so he had the snow removed. It was obvious they were trying to conceal the issue. We might not get enough snow or freezing temperatures again this season. I'm so disappointed with the low standard and poor integrity of this dealership. I called Bryan and told him about the problem but needless to say, he was taking their side. This dealership also has a shortage of drivers/valets and loaner vehicles. They are only able to schedule 2 weeks out, not the next week so appointments are always delayed. More
