I recently moved to a small remote beach town in North Carolina… and had trouble with a minor issue that no one seemed to be able to answer … how can I use the key fob on my bmw model to correct a window Carolina… and had trouble with a minor issue that no one seemed to be able to answer … how can I use the key fob on my bmw model to correct a window device issue until I can get it serviced by the dealer I was on the line with customer service they were polite and great but they hadn’t ever had my perplexing key fob question prompted to them before we were on the line for over 30 minutes with researching possible results we could get the windows down but not back up again with a faulty switch but after being guided through all the rational steps I couldn’t get my issue closed then I remembered I still had Ben’s contact information at Fort Washington before the end of my trip I was on the phone with Ben he walked me through the process and my stubborn window switch that wouldn’t close he helped me use up to date by passing alternatives with my key fob or manual door insert turn key. Phew I knew a storm was coming and I didn’t want to leave my window stuck because I had killed the general switch somehow! thanks a million Ben! You are awesome! Signed BMW girl ix series More

Had been a long time customer and moved to the west coast. I was using my daughter’s X1, who lives in DC, and needed the TPM reset. Stopped in without an appointment and Brittney said no problem to che coast. I was using my daughter’s X1, who lives in DC, and needed the TPM reset. Stopped in without an appointment and Brittney said no problem to checking the tires. Turned out there were nails in 2 tires which they had in stock and replaced them. It was scheduled for a brake flush which was also done. When the car was finished Ben Ammar, who I’ve known for over 20 years, saw me and came to say hello. Not only did he remember my name but also made sure everything had been taken care of properly. It felt like coming home. Thank you to everyone at BMW of Ft. Washington. More
