Had been a long time customer and moved to the west coast. I was using my daughter’s X1, who lives in DC, and needed the TPM reset. Stopped in without an appointment and Brittney said no problem to che coast. I was using my daughter’s X1, who lives in DC, and needed the TPM reset. Stopped in without an appointment and Brittney said no problem to checking the tires. Turned out there were nails in 2 tires which they had in stock and replaced them. It was scheduled for a brake flush which was also done. When the car was finished Ben Ammar, who I’ve known for over 20 years, saw me and came to say hello.
