First and foremost the shuttle service is the most desirable and convenient facility made available by BMW of Fort Washington. Ben is an excellent communicator and an extremely knowledgeable professional who has a lot to share about automobiles. He gave me a quick run down of various BMW models their mechanics and efficacy thereof… He is a veteran @ the FW svc ctr and I found him to be very personable. I think it’s the overall customer experience and satisfaction that makes BMW makes a royalty that outshines all other contemporary brands in its league! More

I had and emergency and Ben and Frank helped me tremendously. I had animals at the house that I had no other care for and the two of them work together to make sure that I can get home take care of tremendously.
