Came for service tbh is morning and was greeted by Ben. He provided excellent service and loved his energy. Melany was also very helpful with creating my loaner car paperwork. I stopped at BMW Fort Washington with no appointment bc I was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and t was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of.
