Came in with some really bad problems with my X6 M. When I reached out to what i thought was still west german bmw, I was connected with JP who told me he could fix the problem within 5 minutes of being in the car. Given my current predicament I found the claim to be outrageous, but sure enough i was there in 20 minutes of getting off the phone and was back on the road with everything working perfectly!!! THE MAN IS A GENIUS, really and truly! With great people like this I know where I’m buying my next BMW. More

We just drove back from Spartanburg, SC in our brand new 2022 X5. We picked it up at the BMW Performance Center. What an amazing driving machine.
