My wife and I just bought our third BMW at BMW of Fort Washington, and Greg Urban sold us all three. I hesitate to use the word "sold", as Greg is more a collaborator than a salesman. He's friendly and extremely knowledgeable and the word "pressure" isn't in his vocabulary. We've been working with Greg since 2011, and by now he knows exactly what we're looking for in a car. For this purchase, a 2023 X2, we sat at his computer and built our car on the website. The entire process took about an hour and it was a blast. What should especially be noted about Ed is that whether or not he sold you the vehicle, he is there for you. Ironically, our last BMW purchase at West German (now BMW of Fort Washington), due to timing pressures had to be completed while Ed was on vacation and transacted with another sales person. Although Ed did not make this sale, he continues to be there for us. What matters to Ed is that you are a satisfied BMW customer, and will continue to do your service and sales at this dealership.
