I am thankful to Mr. RICHARD LANCI the Service Manager for personally taking care of couple of issues with my new vehicle ; and Mr. Ben Ammar Operations Administrative Assistant, for his kind assistance throughout the process. Mr. Ammar specifically made it sure that my vehicle is taken care of the best possible way. I was amazed the way he went so far to maintain the pedestals of grace and dignity BMW is known for. I think the staff represents the entire institution. The after-sale service establishes the backbone of new sales in future. Ms. Brittany, of course, the service advisor assigned on the service visit kept me updated at every moment. It was reassuring and made it all so easy. In SALES: Mr. Mike Prince, was the first personnel I met at the dealership. He was so nice, polite and professionally equipped with the sales skills.
