We had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing our new BMW X5, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire team — especially Phil, Sergio, and Rizz. Phil was incredible from start to new BMW X5, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire team — especially Phil, Sergio, and Rizz. Phil was incredible from start to finish. He stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, listened to exactly what we were looking for, helped us find the right X5, worked around our schedule, and made the whole experience ridiculously easy. More than anything, though, Phil is just REAL. He’s funny, down to earth, genuine, straightforward, and incredibly easy to work with. There was never a moment when we felt pressured or like we were getting the stereotypical “car salesman” treatment. It honestly felt like we had someone on our side who genuinely wanted us to end up with the right car and be happy with our decision. Sergio was equally wonderful during the finance process. He was warm, personable, clear, and took the time to explain everything without making us feel rushed. Finance can easily be the part of buying a car that you just want to get through, but Sergio made it easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. And then there was Rizz, our BMW Genius, who made sure we could actually USE all the amazing technology in our new X5! He spent time sitting in the car with us, getting everything programmed, connecting our phones, setting up the features, and walking us through how everything worked. He was patient, knowledgeable, personable, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. The thing that really stood out was how seamless the entire experience was. From finding the right vehicle, to purchasing it, to driving away with everything set up and ready to go, we felt taken care of every step of the way. We absolutely LOVE our new X5, but the people made the experience. Phil, Sergio, and Rizz each deserve the highest possible rating - truly 10/10 across the board. We would happily recommend this team to anyone looking for a BMW and would absolutely come back to work with them again. More
