Daniels BMW advised me in a report on my car that I needed new break pads immediately, for $600+. I told them to check if it was covered under my warranty. Well they discovered it IS covered, however needed new break pads immediately, for $600+. I told them to check if it was covered under my warranty. Well they discovered it IS covered, however BMW is not willing to pay for it until the break pads wear down further. It's their POLICY!!! So they advise you that your car 'needs immediate attention' (their words), but when they realize they need to pay for it, it is no longer an urgent issue! What's wrong with that picture??? More

Daniel's Collision Service on Tilghman Street was outstanding. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and attentive. Tom Sokol was great with communicating with us on updates, etc. And Elliot f outstanding. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and attentive.
