I was traveling overnight from northeast PA to Philadelphia. I hit a pothole and blew out a tire. I had my BMW towed to the nearest BMW dealer which was Allentown. First thing in the morning I was Philadelphia. I hit a pothole and blew out a tire. I had my BMW towed to the nearest BMW dealer which was Allentown. First thing in the morning I was contacted by Charles German from their service department. Charlie was amazing from start to finish. He had my car in service bright and early and had me back on the road on my journey in almost no time. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with questions and kept me up to date and informed. Thanks to Charlie, my unpleasant flat tire experience became unexpectedly very pleasant. Great service department! And very nice looking dealership I might add! More

I purchased at least three BMWs over the years at Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a ne Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a new car maintenance program. Despite me stating the inspection is due the end of December, I was told the wait time for a shuttle ride to work is backed up well into mid January! No accommodations were offered since the state inspection is due at the end of December.. So now the two options I have are either wait at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours or have someone pick me up. Both options are very difficult for me with my work schedule. I never had an issue like this in the past and was always able to get through to my regular service agent Ethan. When I told the person I was speaking with that I was disappointed in the way service has declined at Daniel’s, there was no effort made to see what she could do to assist. Certainly no apology, just a simple “goodbye”. By contrast, when my wife’s Lexus needs service, it’s the royal treatment. This includes (if needed) picking up the vehicle at our house and delivering it back when finished. Maybe it’s time for a Lexus! More
